Hi Frens,
My wife is currently experiencing severe wheezing, cough, and chest tightness. She has dealt with asthma her whole life, but I have NEVER seen it this bad in the 6 yrs. we have been together.
It is getting to the point where she is talking about going to the ER which I am trying to prevent for ALL the reasons we already know.
I had her on an ivermectin (horse paste), vit c, vit d, zinc and melatonin regimen for a couple of days and she seemed to be getting better. she is very skeptical of the horse paste so she stopped after a couple days after feeling better. today we wake up and it seems to be back with a vengeance.
I put her back on the paste, vitamin regimen this morning and told her we need to do this everyday for 5-7 days.
Any other tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated. The last thing I want is her to go to the ER and take some BS COOF test and then we all know how that can end up..........
This board is amazing with these kinds of things and any and all advice, tips, or experiences would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
Thanks Frens squid
Add NAC into the regimen ASAP. Double the recommended dosage. It works wonders for respiratory issues.
Yeah, I second that, NAC helped a relation of mine with asthma. And if spike shedding is a possible issue, add some pineapple. Bromelain + NAC is a spike killer. (reference here).
is this something i can get at walgreens or cvs?
Iherb.com is where I buy most of my supplements. A quick search for NAC leads to these results:
https://www.iherb.com/search?cids=1855&kw=nac&rawkw=Nac&refererLocation=suggestion
I first learned about NAC from this study which thinks oxidative stress on the lungs is the main killer of Sars And NAC helps your body to produce glutathione which is your bodies own antioxidant which helps clear oxidative stresses or something like that.
Info: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7649937/
A case report revealed the significance of NAC treatment for a patient with septic shock from an influenza (H1N1) infection. Together with oseltamivir, intravenous infusion of NAC at 100 mg/kg/day for 3 days rapidly improved the patient’s sepsis conditions with resolution of lung infiltrates. However, the patient relapsed after cessation of the NAC infusion. Then, reinstating the infusion of NAC at the same dose rapidly improved the patient’s conditions again, until the viruses were eventually eradicated, and the patient was discharged.42 This case suggests that high concentration and enough exposure time of NAC is the key to treat virus-caused critical conditions, including pneumonia-mediated sepsis.
Conclusions N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is inexpensive, has very low toxicity, has been FDA approved for many years, and has the potential to improve therapeutic strategies for COVID-19. NAC administered intravenously, orally, or inhaled, may suppress SARS-CoV-2 replication and may improve outcomes if used timely. Potential therapeutic benefits of NAC include, extracellularly scavenging ROS radicals, replenishing intracellular GSH, suppression of cytokine storm, and T cell protection, thus mitigating inflammation and tissue injury. NAC administration in combination with other antiviral agents may dramatically reduce hospital admission rate, mechanical ventilation and mortality.
Most health food stores have it but it may be called N-Acetyl Cysteine. NAC is the abbreviation.
Also as the other person stated bromelain is good too. It breaks down the proteins in the mucus. Serrapeptase does as well I believe.
You can find Thyme as an herb in the grocery store.

They also have a whole article on asthma

I personally have tried nebulizing peroxide bronchitis and pneumonia which I have linked the directions below, and it seemed to help me along with red light therapy. (get a heat lamp from your farm store, walmart, etc. and stand in front of it a few feet away, ( It has to be the one with the red filter on it it. Don't get clear heat lamps for this. I wear eye protection.) I don't have a nebulizer, I just put a little in a sonic humidifier with cup of water and a pinch of sea salt and breath it in when I get congestion. Also note that some demand food grade while others say they use just standard brown bottle from the grocery store. (Bill Munro cured his cancer by inhalling it straight several times a day from a atomizer)

Amazon Prime and Walmart as well.
I would try Vitamin Shoppe or an herb shop if you have it near you. The NAC/Bromelain are excellent suggestions that are quick and easy to remedy.... I would get some B vitamins and C also as these are fundamental to improving asthma....
Wheezing is not known as a Covid symptom, as far as I know.
But nebulized hydrogen peroxide is a universal treatment for many issues, and it's direct intervention for the lungs. To be honest I haven't heard about it being used for asthma, but I'd absolutely try it. Here are two articles:
Peroxide nebulizer https://www.spiritofchange.org/nebulized-peroxide-a-simple-remedy-for-covid-19/
2nd source for your hydrogen peroxide. https://deeprootsathome.com/dr-mercola-nebulized-peroxide-the-single-most-effective-early-strategy/
I should have read deeper into the comments before posting my reply.
No worries! With a lot of voices, a repeat message is sometimes louder than an updoot!
It’s parasites. I can hardly believe these days what I’m reading about that in regards to parasites via human infestation. Keep doing what you’re doing and check out this guy, been following him, personally doing turpentine and castor oil protocol to eliminate parasites from my body. WE ARE ALL INFESTED WITH PARASITES!!!
God bless you fren and I hope things get better for your wife
https://rumble.com/search/all?q=Sun%20fruit%20Dan
this i have been saying this for years now
i got her back on the paste, zinc about an hour ago and she's definitely feeling better.
we were one foot out the door to urgent care too
I think you might need to add in the Hydroxychloroquine to boost the mix you mentioned to another level....
According to people reporting, when mixing the Ivermectin and Hydroxy and adding in the Vitamins and Minerals, it becomes something of a top Shelf Medicine, and has been recommended by many for the Removal of the Vaxxx along with Cancers and many other illnesses....
This is a post I did last year explaining how peroxide saved me from a hospital visit. Probably more value in the comments than the post, as this post produced a lot of good commenters and linked resources.
I had been very asthmatic as a kid (in my 50's now). The hydrogen peroxide is fast-acting, and way cheaper than any hospital or urgent care visit.
have a link to the post?
Oops! Yeah, here it is:
https://communities.win/c/GreatAwakening/p/140cbVkN65/when-vitamins-and-ivm-dont-seem-/c
Be sure to buy FOOD GRADE if you want to try that protocol!
Do take a listen to Sunfruit Dan friend he is amazing. I learned from one of his videos that there was a study done that proves turpentine DISSOLVES gallstones! Save your gallbladder keep your body parts geez. I couldn’t believe it.
I love the liver/gallbladder flush but this turpentine protocol is so much easier. Drinking Epsom Salts and olive oil isn’t easy for me, as much as I know this flush works to rid the body of gallstones. But also I have to admit the 1 tbls castor oil mixed with 1 tsp of 100% gum spirits is so nasty tasting. But the euphoria obtained from cleaning your body from such nasty parasites AND gallstones is so rewarding. A 2 for one !!!
Please see my other post. Iherb.com could overnight you this bottle for an extra 20$ so for 31$ it could be to you by tomorrow.

i am also hearing that the NAC could cause bronchial spasms but digging on that
Hi there. I have asthma too. But it kinda sounds like she has RSV. It's going around. I had to do alot of things to control it. Ivermectin of course. Also ibuprofen for the inflammation, mucinex day/ night drinkable stuff(generic, I'm broke) for the cough, and benadryl or Sudafed for the histamine. It takes awhile to get over. But that combo made it so I didn't need the inhaler.
you can get ivermectin OTC in Tennessee
Yep. Ivermectin in pill form so much better. I got my horsey paste as backup.
Also you got to take Ivermectin 4 to 5 days straight to be effective. 1 day wont do jack shit I'm 170 lbs and 12mg works great.
My wife too has had what seemed to be bronchitis. She works among the vaxxed. It has been relentless. Might I suggest looking into a nebulizer? It appears to be helping her quite a bit.
https://youtu.be/qFb7C88BeoI
I get like bronchitis from booster people shedding . I cough up green flem.
Grapefruit, eggs, and ginger remove it quick. I like those ginger chewy candies.
Duly noted. Thanks for taking the time.
You can go to a hospital without being killed or given a shot without your permission. You cannot treat Asthma with ivermectin. She needs an inhaler period. Whether she believes in big pharma medicine or not. She can die from Asthma without treatment. Mostly the inhalers are spariva which you use everyday but the best ones are the emergency inhalers which work instantly. I have both but I rarely use the daily one because I believe if you do you end up dependent on it. I always have an emergency one with me, I dont use it often but its always there so when I lose my breath I can get it back right away without struggling.
i really appreciate your thoughts here. we live .2 miles from a great hospital so if/when that time comes we are ready to do that
i have always avoided hospitals at all costs and especially since the plandemic
she has an appt with asthma dr on Monday to get the emergency inhaler
you may be surprised what ivermectin helps and about an hr after her dose this morning she is already feeling much better
Because she has a long history of asthma, she NEEDS a "rescue med" (albuterol inhaler) always available to her. It goes with the territory. I'm all for the ivermection, NAC, all these other things but I know someone who DIED because she was without her inhaler overseas. If asthma gets into a gnarly episode, sometimes it's too late for meds to bring you back. My son is 26 and has dealt with asthma since he was 2. We have an asthma foundation in the Philippines to provide these life saving meds which are not expensive, but open the airways when they start to spasm because of a trigger.
Use Teleheath! Albuterol inhaler, and get some NAC. It has been highly recommended by a lot of people here. Double dosing. And Mucinex. I cured 1.5 yr.long chronic congestion after illness, with high dose C and D3, in 3 months. Best wishes for recovery!

All of the above ^ .....12 hour sudafed is also a lifesaver.
The homeopathic Ipecac 30X or 200X is for asthma...I have used it before for this. You can buy that at Vitamin Shoppe or probably any herb store. I don't know if you have ever used homeopathies, but you would put the pellet under the tongue (sublingual) in a clean mouth (no food or drink or strong smelling anything 15 minutes before dose). The remedy you take is based on the symptom picture...so you could continue to dose...say every 15 minutes, until the symptoms subside. You would not dose again until the symptoms return.
It may be useful to search out herb blends for asthma or breathing problems and also essential oils that are specific to asthma or breathing problems. There are many good herbs for breathing...you can diffuse oils as well as use them topically on the chest...this is all very effective alternative treatments...link for oil blends... https://www.pacificinstituteofaromatherapy.com/ I have used all of these at different times in my life with different people and situations. And easy thing to do also is foot reflexology...find a foot reflexology chart online and then massage with your thumb in the chest area, which would be the ball of the foot. You may feel some crystalized tiny masses and the point is to massage these out which will open up the flow of the circuitry that connects your body to the flow (acupressure, acupuncture type flow).
https://www.healthline.com/health/foot-reflexology-chart
Also, make sure she is taking at least 100mg profile of B vitamins and C (to bowel tolerance). These are water soluble and necessary to get every day. These may be more long term suggestions that you can incorporate.
I pray that God will show you everything you need to keep your wife healthy and out of the hospital...you need to be very diligent about asthma, as it can be very serious. I am making suggestions based on my experience, but since I am not a doctor you need to check out to confirm the validity of any information that I have given you. I suggest you study and read as much as you can...there is so much good information out there. God bless you and yours...
Does she have an albuterol inhaler? Has she used it/did it not work? I am asthmatic, too, and if she’s having a severe attack, the bronchioles are inflamed, swelling, and filling with mucous, all of which make it increasingly hard to breathe. She can seem to be calming down/improving, but it’s really her body shutting down unless she starts feeling like she really can breathe deeply again—and SOON! This is a time you really do need the ER if she feels like she should go. Albuterol relaxes the bronchiole muscles, allowing the progression of the attack to start reversing itself. If it’s a terribly bad attack, she might need other meds, too. I say all this as someone who avoids meds and dr’s as much as possible, but…ya gotta breathe. They will most likely just focus on the asthma, honestly—I wouldn’t expect much other drama, especially if you guys present yourselves with calm confidence about what’s happening and her known history of asthma. She should probably always have an albuterol inhaler with her from here out. I almost never need mine anymore since I’ve improved my health so much overall the past several years, but when it’s needed, it’s needed NOW.
100% agree fren!!! Albuterol inhaler is a requirement for anyone who has had asthma, esp with a history of asthma. And yes, the ER will give her a breathing treatment STAT because that is an emergency for them! It will be... albuterol!
right now she is using a primatene mist inhaler OTC at Walgreens but honestly i think its making it worse.
i just got her some benadryl. she took a dose of ivermectin paste along with zinc about an hour ago and it seems to be easing up.
here in SE Texas the pollen is outrageous which im sure is only making everything worse
I have been told by dr’s and pharmacists that primatene will make it worse. Albuterol is the standard go-to. It does sound like the pollen is probably triggering her. Some people have found a pinch of salt under the tongue to also help if you have nothing else on hand. Might be worth a try. I hope she turns around soon. That suffocating feeling is terrifying. Take her in if you need to. Praying for you both. 🙏
She needs albuterol, that will open her airways. Primatene mist is not what they use these days for serious asthma.
If it's allergy related then why not use claritin and pepcid? Both are used a lot in COVID protocols to block different h type histamines.
N Houston here, pollen is crazy right now. Wife had same but went away after a few days and she has asthma. She takes her albuterol. A cough/resp illness has been going around our area as well. Hope she gets better! Make some tea too. Quercitin or anything really. Honey.
Yes this pollen is nuts
Live finding neighbor pedes on this board
League city area here
Holding up alright now? We are up by Conroe.
She needs an inhaler. Proventil or Albuterol. problem solved.
I ordered Ivermectin tablets from https://reynoldmeds.com/ and came pretty quickly.
I've tried this but it always asks for physician information which I don't have. Not a big dr guy
I didn't have to supply that info and was just a few weeks ago that I ordered it.
And I have what's going to sound like a very stupid question. I am originally from the Houston area but now in Austin area. I'm also asthmatic. Does your wife drink coffee? If so, cut it out a few days and see if that helps.
Years ago I was having horrible attacks and turned out it was caused by coffee. There is a mold that grows on coffee beans that is ground into the coffee because it doesn't affect most people. Well, for some asthmatics it can have a profound impact.
It took me years to finally figure out what it was. Now instead of multiple attacks per week, I have maybe 3 or 4 a year.
that's a funny question because she hates coffee and pretty much anything with caffeine
i am going to check out that site out again during my lunch but do you know if you can get the albuterol inhalers on there?
I've never tried to get inhalers from anywhere online as I have a prescription for them, though I don't use them too often anymore. I do keep one close by. Not too long ago my doc put me on a statin drug and had the same effect as the coffee for the two times I used that crap.
Ya know it could be something else causing the attacks. My issue was that about an hour of getting to work every Monday I would have a massive attack. The rest of the week wasn't much better. What I finally deduced was that I didn't have coffee at home (weekends included) and only while I was in the office. Monday morning was a shock to my system since I had gone 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) without coffee. I stopped drinking it and the problem went away. Haven't had any for over 20 years now.
Maybe she can look at the things she does eat or drink routinely and selectively abstain from each and see if there is any positive change. The reason I said the coffee thing was a stupid question is that I've never met anyone with the same reaction as I have. But it plausible, at least to me, that there is something else in her routine that is causing her issues.
Drop the melatonin, it's function is to slow heart and respitory rate while falling asleep. I have a bad reaction to it as well.
Make sure she drinks Pedialyte and stays hydrated. Sounds like you may be overloading her.
Nebulized iodine or if your doctor will order budesonide for nebulization-either might be helpful. You can get an electric nebulizer on Amazon, maybe a good drug store or at a medical supply store. Also check her oxygenation with a finger pulse oximetry. I read that 50,000 IU of Vitamin D is safe and at least 1000mg oral Vitamin C twice daily. You can get NAC and quercitin, bromelain on Amazon, maybe same or next day-you might have to pay extra, but it is worth it. Colloidal silver May also be helpful. If you have a GNC or Vitamin Shop near you, you can see if they have it in stock.
As someone else who's dealt with asthma her whole life here's some extra things that can help:
I agree with the honey suggestion friend. Have you tried to ferment garlic cloves in your honey? Easiest ferment there is! It gets watery after that magic happens. Can last for years so good for sickness 🙏
Never knew about it, sounds interesting though.
Oh, one last thing I forgot is Doctors in Texas were having patients nebulize Budesonide.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3OVnN_NxO8
Quercetin and stinging nettle are supposed to help, agree with adding NAC
aint gonna lie but her symptons have absolutely ramped up via plandemic
neither of us has ever taken a test but I'm pretty sure we had w/e in the beginning of 2022
glutathione / nac i hear is good for "long covid". I never experienced this, I have had panic attacks before and taken nicotine and vitamin c and they subsided greatly. But I strongly recommend raw garlic and broccoli, not only are they good for blood flow and the lungs but they're good for cancer prevention and a whole host of other benefits including the liver.
Think about detoxing her too, long covid could be exposure to spike proteins and heavy metals. They are spraying us harder than ever now with aluminum, barium.. we build it up in our system until we feel the effects that people call "long covid". I havent tried EDTA yet, but this looks like the best and safest detox to try, it's a topical and removes all sorts of heavy metals that may be causing her symptoms:
https://www.inspiredhealthadvocate.com/dr-roth-s-covid-vaccine-protocol https://somahealth.net/product/ezdtox-cream-pump/ https://www.bitchute.com/video/U6VsOnLxYUwE/
Other ways to detox, get her to sweat out the toxins via sauna or working out. I found that working out helped my anxiety a lot, here's a great workout that will make her sweat buckets, tell her to bundle up in warm clothing and a knit cap:
https://youtu.be/vK479y3cqdg
She's probably going to be sore after the first workout, take 2-3 days off and get back to sweating. If working out is too hard try saunas.. once she breaks a sweat let her immediately take a shower because you don't want the sweat/toxins to reabsorb into her body.
I really hope she feels better.
NAC and horse paste for a relative with the same symptoms over the last 8 months, and it is doing wonders. Inhaler and Levalbuterol nebulizer use way down over a 2 week period of treatment.
I've been having worse asthma this year as compared to other years of my life. Last year was awful too, but this year I've been ripping through my inhaler like crazy.
Keep the regimen.
Eliminate ALL processed foods from your diet. Organic, non-gmo vegetables, pasture raised eggs and meat. NO vegetable oils or margarine.
Eliminate ALL fragrance (candles, soaps, detergents, body sprays, etc) and switch to natural cleaning products. Get the chemicals out of your food and air and off your skin.

List of helpful and triggering food (at the bottom.)
Avoid sulfate rich food and beverages, they’re known to trigger asthma or worsen it
https://www.verywellhealth.com/sulfite-allergy-82911
“Foods with sulfite levels greater than 100 parts per million (ppm) are considered very high in sulfates. If you have a sulfite allergy, you should strictly avoid these foods:
Bottled lemon juice (non-frozen)3 Bottled lime juice (non-frozen) Dried fruits (except for dark raisins and prunes) Grape juices (white, white sparkling, pink sparkling, red sparkling) Molasses3 Pickled cocktail onions Sauerkraut and its juice Wine Between 50 and 99.9 ppm of sulfites These are considered moderate to high sulfite levels. If you have a sulfite allergy, you're advised to avoid these foods:
Dried potatoes Fruit toppings3 Gravies/sauces Maraschino cherries Wine vinegar” ...and many others- check the site for more.
Add nac and readd the iver
And are you downriver from the ohio chernobyl? There's a map showing the water flow run off route circulating. They recommend everyone off the ohio and susequently the mississippi to the gulf to avoid the water.. the chemicals we are dealing with are really serious. Dioxin... this huge storm that they probably cooked up at haarp is going to spread it fast
I'm in SE Houston suburbs right around deer park where they're sending us the shite from Ohio....
What could go wrong
I am constantly asking myself the same thing!
Stay safe, fren.
I love this community. Y'all make me so proud. Ask and you shall receive.🥰
Might I suggest an air purifier? It won't cure everything, but they can help a lot. Also, an allergy pill. There are at least 3 different ingredient types out there.
Please take note when taking NAC...take it on an empty stomach...either first thing in the morning and then waiting half an hour before consuming any food...or at night 2 hours after you eat last. I take it every morning when I get up and then wait the half hour and that is pretty easy....
In the very short term- have her sit on a regular upright chair backwards, straddling the seat with arms resting on the top back of the chair. That opens up the airway. If you don’t have a chair like that, have her sit on the edge of a chair and lean forward resting arms on knees or over a table.
Where are you? If you’re in a climate like Florida where there is a lot of tree pollen right now, keep windows closed and AC on if you have it.
I would go to an emergency walk-in clinic if possible asap. She needs an inhaler and they may even give her a shot of epinephrine. Asthma like this seems like a medical emergency.
hi fren we are in Houston area and the pollen is horrendous....
we did the chair thing and it helped. definitely getting the inhaler asap
she's resting now finally but im right here and im also almost close enough to spit on the hospital
That’s good to hear she can rest. Hope things improve for her. Prayers!
NAC and black seed oil both have respiratory effects. Read the FLCCC documents for details.
NAC has action in the lungs. She can take up to 1200mg/day safely. 600mg twice a day. Also, quercetin helps to knock down histamines and acts as a bronchodilator in doses of at least 20mg. She also may want to look at taking daily folate, magnesium, and adding home grown broccoli sprouts. B-5 and vitamin D are also reduced in people who are on asthma meds. If you do not have an air cleaner with a good HEPA filter that can clean down to a couple of microns, then get one and keep it in the bedroom. If there are trigger foods in the diet like gluten, highly processed dairy, sugar, preservatives, MSG, along with artificial sweeteners and flavorings, they need to be removed. Look for recent dietary or environmental changes that may have been a trigger.
Trying to treat her problem as an infection when it may be exacerbated asthma is a mistake. An infection like the Coof will run its course in about 7 days. After that, it is the inflammatory immune response that can affect her and trigger her asthma. If you have to get a steroid nebulizer to reduce the inflammation to get her over the hump, use telemed instead of going to the hospital. But deal with the asthma. Good luck.
I ended up taking her to the urgent care because it wasn't getting any better
They gave her a breathing treatment with albuterol and a steroid shot with a prescription for the rescue inhaler
I love this board so much I can always count on pedes.
Definitely looking into the triggers and we did have Chyna food last night so maybe msg.....
Thanks
You are most welcome. This is my wheelhouse so I am glad to be of some assistance. That is what is great about this board. Anons here come from many genre of expertise so there is always someone that can give advice.
Yes, the Chyna food can be yummy, but sometimes the payback is not worth it when dealing with sensitivities. My advice is to keep things pretty strict for the time being until she can get stabilized. Cook at home with things you know well and keep it as least processed as possible. Keep it simple and look for triggers. A higher alkaline diet while she is taking any of the meds is good since the meds make a person more acidic.
Lot of great suggestions on this thread about supplements. They are huge and she needs a regular regiment of the necessary ones - especially after the meds. That is the double edge sword with asthma meds - they deplete nutrients that in turn can increase risk of asthma attacks. Vit D, NAC, and quercetin are the biggest in my book that directly impact asthma. The rest, Mag, Vit C, Folate, B5, etc, are also important and are needed especially in todays toxic environment.
The air cleaner is huge. So if you do not have one already it would be a great investment. A charcoal pre-filter with a high grade HEPA will work the best. You won't need a huge one for the bedroom. That is the most important place to have one. If you want to get another and keep it in your family, living room, or office, where you spend time, that's a plus.
Good luck fren.
I was hoping you posted an update! Yes, I thought they might do a steroid treatment too since it was so bad and had gone on so long. Another thing I was told when my asthma was first treated many years ago us to use the albuterol early, at the beginning of an attack—don’t let it get too far along the cascade of symptoms and it will resolve faster. If I have to think about breathing for more than a few minutes w/o it resolving, I go ahead and take it. It might be good to have some allergy testing done to get a clearer idea of what her triggers are.
Also got the nebulizer juice prescription so we can treat before it gets this bad again
Great idea. It is better to have want you need on hand just in case you have to utilize it in a hurry. Time is a precious commodity for someone that can't breathe.
Fasting will help too. try 18 hours, 24 hours, then 48 hours etc. 4-5 days... fasting destroys toxic proteins and mutated cells, allows the body to heal. But be sure to drink water, water, water. Water that has magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium in it in proper amounts to ensure you get enough electrolytes that your body needs during the fasting/cleansing process.

I really hope she feels better.
I recommend vitamin C, natural vitamin C like what Dr. Berg sells, lemon juice and BROCOLLI. Please look into broccoli and the benefits it has to the lungs here:
https://nutritionfacts.org/video/best-food-to-counter-the-effects-of-air-pollution/?queryID=9b781b203abc7f276c6c28f91f1fa4e2
Get her the fuck out of high altitude environments, because they are spraying barium and aluminum from the C-trails (we cant talk about it on this sub tho). Get a good hepa filter machine like IQ Air and blast it to get all the particles out from the air. I hope shes okay, don't let her panic, dont get her stress just tell her to keep chanting "Om" and breathe naturally and normally. Try to detox her with lemon juice, ginger, raw garlic juice and of course broccoli but have her eat raw broccoli or broccoli sprouts.
Take her to a private doctor, possibly naturopathic, not a doctor that will shove a ventilator in her and murder her. Also try oxygen therapy and vitamin C, which has helped me through panic attacks.
