Yep, this was a fail for Jim Jordan. This to me looks like the usual way the Uniparty likes to fight back and forth. It all feels like typical Washington bullshit to keep everyone arguing. What exactly is “lawful speech” That statement implies the existence of unlawful speech. I’m sure I can be held civilly liable for any damage my speech can be held to cause but my utterances are not subject to prior restraint.
