Yelling FIRE in a theater where there is no fire can be very destructive but there cannot be censoring of true information about troubled banks - or about burning theaters.

Yelling 'Fire' in a theatre is a call to action and is different than speech. That is why it is considered separately.
Bank runs are an issue because the bank is committing fraud under the guise of fractional reserve banking.

Have been for months. Been trying to use cash all the time.
Same here. I even got a "talking to" by a branch manager after receiving a letter saying USBank "wanted to learn more about me", or something to that effect.
They had cashed my checks and watched me take the cash home, but then somehow I triggered their "potential money launderer" switch when I brought some of the SAME cash back top buy several stonks (mostly DWAC, although of course I didn't tell them which stonks to avoid also flipping THAT switch).
Wow. Isn’t it crazy how at some point bringing cash INTO a bank for deposit is considered sketchy.

I never even see my bank except once a month for less than $650 for bills, which is negligible to my income and on top of that I almost completely live off extra cash I get nearly every day, and I have a few months of food stored at hoe and in storage.

If people want their money out of banks, it is purely their decision. It belongs to them, not to the bank. When I see the big worry about people putting their own money in their own pockets as a cataclysmic event, it screams that there is a huge problem with the system. The system needs an enema.
