There’s this drug Wegovy used for weight lost. It’s an injection. It works. Yesterday daughter, who pays out of pocket for it, was in with her Doctor for a follow up appt discussing her progress with this drug and conversation turned to how expensive it was, and how it’s hard to get insurance coverage for it. (Only certain insurance will pay for it and only when a person is substantially overweight.) The doctor told her drug was expensive because the medical industry doesn’t want people being able to afford it and losing weight as there is more profit in over weight, unhealthy people.

To Big Pharma and our government, we are mere cash cows and lab rats.
Yeah, to a large degree I am my own doctor....except for when I need a prescription that I can get only through a licensed doctor. I recently had a severe sinus infection, and had to ask my GP doctor for antibiotics and steroids to fight it off. I don't have either of those things in my preparations room or my go-bag.
Thank you. I'm actually doing a lot of those things (vitamins B-12, C, D, and K), Quercetin, Zinc, black cumin seed, magnesium, etc. I will most certainly look into echinacea goldenseal, thanks for that.
I started taking black cumin seed because back in 2021, when Ivermectin became a taboo subject for the MSM and it was difficult to get, I read the Ivermectin safety data sheet, and the very last entry was for substitutes for Ivermectin.... black cumin seed was one of them, can't recall the others... and black cumin seed wasn't known to the ruling elites at the time, so it was easy to get.
Since that time, my home state of Tennessee has made Ivermectin an OTC drug and several pharmacies around me (not the big box stores) will fill an order on request.
You don't need a prescription to buy fish antibiotics. They work just as well as stuff sold at your local pharmacy. You can buy them online without prescription at veterinary medicine suppliers like Allivet and Aquanest. For everything else, look for Indian pharmacies online and get it shipped overseas.
I keep fish amoxicillin and bird azithromycin on hand. I used them when I had strep last year. They come in human dosages (i.e. 500 mg tablets). You can get them from Chewy or Valley Vet, no prescription needed.
Cattle to them. And even cattle these days are vaxxed to the max.
Why don't you tell him exactly what he can do with his vaxx question? Seriously, by now, every dr. should have figured out what is going on. If he hasn't perhaps you need to find a new one.
I get it, they wouldn’t renew the only prescription medication I take because I’m supposedly ‘required’ to get a physical every year. I made an appt, got my prescription renewed and promptly cancelled the appt. Hahahah.
I agree. I do enjoy the bloodwork as I use it to see how well my supplements are working. I will probably eventually bare the physical to get the bloodwork.
FYI, You don't need a doctor acting as gatekeeper to get quality blood tests. Try Health One Labs. I get a yearly blood test for men. No Dr/ appt/ required and you can follow-up whenever you want. You have to pay out of pocket and use the internet to interpret the results. (or a nurse friend) Been doing it for 15 years and have a history to check against. https://healthonelabs.com/test/mens-health-value-package-plus/ I use the same lab as the doctors use.
Thanks for the info.
I know a lot of body builders that try to avoid going to the Dr. so they can do monthly blood work. It is partly a hassle to need a primary Dr. to be able to do bloodwork on a monthly basis. But also not needed for many body builders as they are more aware of what is healthy for their body and what they need to change in their diet/routine.
Not sure, but it’s definitely helped my daughter lose the 20 pounds she needed too. She’s also noticed her blood pressure dropped to better levels with the weight lose. I told her losing weight helps in many health issues.
Was at UofM getting a pet scan for my husband and ran into a woman that swears by intermittent fasting. I guess I need to look into it
Fasting is a great tool to let the body heal. Think of it as allowing your body to recycle what it has and to clear out toxins.
And if you are starting off try doing three meals per day in a short window or two meals of day in a longer window of time. Whatever you feel comfortable with and how your body reacts.
It doesn't dissolve anything. It reduces appetite and makes you feel full on less food.
I have been cold called about setting up doctors visits. When I tell them no they are always so surprised and confused. Other than a collapsed lung, never had anything garlic couldn't fix.
Next headline from MSM: Garlic can cause blood clots
😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
Used to go to doc (pre coof) once a year wellness visit..blood work listening to heart..haven't been since the lockdown....I tried to get my doc to prescribe ivermectin and hydrochloriquin and she said Mt Carmel won't let her..week later got letter she quit . Looking for naturepathic doc
Same thing as never finding a cure for cancer, too much money involved lives be damned.
Doctors are very easy to control. We have been propagandized to eat super poisonous nutrient poor tasty concoctions. A small group of infiltraters are killers. Do not take it.
Just wait till insurers start claiming obesity is a prexisting condition. Almost everything they have issue with would not be covered. And thanks to Oblamma they would still be required to carry insurance.
I find it instructive to look at older pictures and compare them to today. Look at a beach picture from the 60's and today - anyone overweight in the 60's pic is almost always older, and most are not too overweight. Today, kids weight as much as grandpa did in the 60's.
Something changed in our diets, and we've been introduced to something that messes with our metabolism.
Sugar became a staple ingredient in the 70's, and replaced fats in the 80's - low fat food.
Too many antibiotics messed up our bacterial balance. Not every infection requires an antibiotic.
Wheat has been crossed with poisonous plants to make it disease and pest resistant - GMOs.
Flourine in the water - I don't think we know how much damage that is doing to us. Cities were not given a choice - it was mandated - now I'm beginning to think they did that to prevent having a control group that would show how much damage is being caused by fluorine in the water - vax'd vs unvax'd.
...etc...
I take care of a lady and she has gained a lot of weight since I started cooking for her. Without my cooking she would eat all processed, junk food and candy. Healthy options are limited, as she has no teeth.
She has Humana and they are paying for these weekly shots. They really do work. Her cravings are way down and she lost three pounds the first week.
That is why so many fast food places have sprung up. Fast food and saturated fats equal obesity. Add to that high consumption of carbonated beverages and sweetened coffees.

Uh... needs NSFW tag? (lols)
It’s not like the every day doctor has insider information. The doc likely doesn’t know any more than you know on the topic.
All that I glean from that convo is that there are frustrated doctors who just want to help. I believe that is still the case.
I think Doctors are in the know of the conversations going on in the medical world, just as anyone is more in tuned to what’s going on in their work sphere than those who are not in that sphere.
Unhealthy people means more drugs they need to buy to live another day. Do that times billions of people and you've got yourself a multi-trillion dollar business.
Quite honestly it's a wonder they want to reduce the world population at all since more people means more money if you keep them all unhealthy. So which do they want more? Less people so we're easier to control, or more people for more payout?
They create the money out of thin air so they don't need the people.
Land makes wealth.
If we aren't here, they get it all.
Water is the only key for all the diseases, of course eat healthy too and no alcohol or smoke. Liposomal Vitamins is an addition for your immune system. WATER WATER WATER. That’s all.
I mean turn on the TLC channel at any given time and the programming is virtually 100% about obese people
Well of course because if you can hook someone from early age (20s) till death for blood pressure and cholesterol pills for example that is huge money.
When I was young blood pressure pills was strictly for extreme blood pressure circumstances. In all other situations doctors advised to exercise more and better sleep/rest.
Cholesterol pills was also reserved for extreme and rare situations where cholesterol was way out of balance.
Currently they are using "hammers" to treat simple pre hypertension or mild hypertension. And slightly elevated cholesterol levels without advising on changing daily habits.
Hey Docs......contact Stacy Abrams and become a millionaire...
I get a lot of advise from a friend who’s a retired chiropractor. I avoid doctors like the plague, but unfortunately my wife is getting ready for a liver transplant, so we are knee deep with her condition. We are fortunate that the hospital we go to doesn’t require the vax. First one in ATL did and we went elsewhere.
Not saying you're wrong, but I'm curious to what you think the government should do to encourage healthy living choices.
There's the RDFA and the food charts and such. They're now taxing sodas and fast food restaurants more.
What do you think they could do that would make a difference?
Used to be, back in the day, when I went to the doctors or took my husband, they were talk to him about healthy eating and exercise in controlling his blood pressure and diabetes. They would recommend healthy alternatives. Not anymore. Now it’s all about what medications they can put you on.
Did your husband follow their suggestions when they did talk to him about healthy eating and exercising and healthy alternatives?
Actually, I made him do so and he came off both his diabetes and blood pressure meds. Of course, its a lifestyle change and many either aren’t willing to do so or cannot continue it.
I'm not trying to be mean or rude, but this isn't a good example to use if you're trying to make the argument that the medical/gov community isn't doing anything to steer people towards a healthy life without drugs.
Because if they've told him in the past, and he still has these issues, it's on him if he didn't follow their recommendations. So telling him again is a waste of time.
To clarify, I am not defending the medical community. If you go through my comment history, you will see that I am frequently critical of the western medicine community.
But, really, I think people need to take responsibility for their choices. It's hard to believe in this day and age, people can't find out what to do in a healthy lifestyle without the medical community or govt standing over them constantly, nagging them.
Short of making junk food and sodas illegal (which I can just imagine what the reaction here would be) I don't see how the government can force people to choose a healthier lifestyle.
My point is, (and my husband was one example) it used to be when you went to the doctor, any doctor, they would discuss healthy alternatives. That doesn’t happen any more to anyone. I can also use myself and any number of my family members who when they visit the doctor, have medication recommended, period. Just like with vaccinations rather than natural immunity. Basically the profit factor is driving the recommendations from medical personnel now, probably generated at the highest level down.
They will be replaced by AI shortly.
If doctors aren't going to use their human intelligence and intuition and experience and do nothing but send away for tests, who needs them?
They'd better start going old school FAST or they will be replaced.
And it will be no great loss for most of the Rockefeller medicine practitioners.
A good holistic practitioner, however, would be worth his weight in gold.
Eat those whole grains! Fat bad grains healthy!
78% of COVID-19 patients hospitalized in the US overweight or obese, CDC finds
If the government actually gave a shit about reducing COVID hospitalizations, then they would have pushed weight loss in their mass messaging. But they didn't because 1) they want people dead, and 2) it cuts into Big Pharma's profits.
I've never had a doctor tell me it was fine to be fat.
