Well, that sure is some elastic skin...

Is there any plausible explanation why a human's skin would move/remain like that? My gut is telling me no.
Dehydration is the only thing I can think of. But I've never seen "natural" skin do that before...
Right on, and do you know HOW freaking dehydrated a human would have to be for their real skin to behave that way?
Fucker would hardly be able to stand, let alone converse with people almost coherently.
There's a picture zoomed in on Nancy Pelosi's eye socket. It's terrifying how recessed her eyes are into her skull. Pretty dehydrated.
Alcohol is a great dehydrator.
Exhibit A. Exhibit B.
Exhibit C. Exhibit D. Et cetera.
Beautiful
Room temperature in Arizona on 120’ outside and no heart beat
well..
100 %
200 proof.
Let's humor dehydration angle for a minute;
If it was, why is it specifically targeting areas around the neck? A notable area that is ALSO known to be a place of irritation when a full head/neck mask is present due to its "edge" causing the skin to be itchy as well?
Something some of the defenders in that comment section can't figure out.
Dehydration doesn't do that.
Just look at the way OTHER neck skin snaps right back and the wrinkles disappear, when he turns his head one way and then back again. Only this piece of neck keeps its fucking crease.
Updooted. Here's another look at how it snaps back in some places, but not others.

That’s freaky! What is that from?
Old and dehydration lead to bad skin elasticity. That being said, I've never seen skin like this before
Find an 80 year old and test it out. Not disagreeing with this post but have seen old person skin react the same way. For instance straighten your arm out in front of you elbow down. Pull the skin covering your elbow down. If you’re young it will snap back into place. If you’re old it will stay pulled down when you let go. I think the weird earlobe pics are better evidence of a mask than this wrinkled skin.
I laughed my ass off to your first sentence.
There is no 80 year old with skin so smooth and uniformly colored.
Exactly that’s the dead ringer , it’s latex
And toss on the plastic surgery he's had.
yes its grafted foreskin
