How many people can be listed in a sealed indictment? Also, how many charges can a sealed indictment have? I have been watching this from time to time, since 2018. Is it all going to explode at one time, do you think? If so, then the military really is the only way.
Many states have different rules so there will be some variances. My understanding is once the indictment is unsealed, the entire case (individual(s), businesses, charges, etc) are now open to the public via the court handling the case.
Like Michael Sussman & Kevin Clinesmith, I think the lower level soldiers are going to be charged first. They will probably try to leverage (rat out) what they know to incriminate those above them in exchange for saving their reputation or protecting their family.
I assume the unsealing will gradually increase to wake up all the normies and climb the ladder to those at the top. Unless President Trump / Emerg Broadcast Sys comes out and tells everyone what's going down.
That would be amazing for those like us who awake, but the normies will be overwhelmed with uncertainty and many will misunderstand what's going on.
That method is somewhat risky as lots of people will be persuaded by the media to go out and riot / fight back against the authorities rounding up their favorite actors, politicians, etc. But per Post #22, the National Guard will be deployed where unrest is brewing:
