I expect you have listened to Putin's speeches with subtitles. He is consistently measured and he can take questions from the public and handle them well, even if they are provocative. He is very competent and patriotic but not xenophobic as far as I can tell. He doesn't get baited either.
I think that the world would be in much worse shape without Putin in charge of Russia.

When Clinton approved Yeltsin's selection of Putin for President the Russians reclaimed their country from the globalist and got the seeds of a Republic.

Integration of new regions...Sounds like Annexation is back on the menu boys.
I would be wary of taking Putin at face value.
For example, the new regions Putin is talking about are not Russian. They are in Ukraine. He has implied he would fight for decades to make Russia an empire again. In June last year, he said "Peter the Great waged the Great Northern War for 21 years."
Plans have also come out recently to essentially gain political control of Belarus and other plans undermine Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania through influence operations. Yevgeny Prigozhin the head of Wagner mercenary group who is doing a lot of the fighting in Ukraine is tied to these operations.
Prigozhin is an interesting figure. His Wagner group is said to be among the most effective fighters on the Russian side, and has been critical of the regular Russian Army. There seems to be a political rivalry brewing there.

Russia invaded Urkaine and took Crimea. Clear illegal aggression. They pushed a ton of disinfo about this. Some of which you seem to believe.
Then they started funded and started wars in Donbas using Russian troops. Igor Girkin was on the commanders of this. He is not from Urkaine, he is not from Donbas. He is a Russian born in Moscow who was an officer in the Russian Army and the FSB, the Russian intel services. He also claimed during the referendums he forced the local council at gunpoint to do his wishes.

If you honestly believe Putin is the bad guy in this, you may be on the wrong site. Zelensky and the Neo Nazi military company under his control has been killing their own citizens since the US backed coup in 2014. NATO has consistently been violating the Minsk accord - NATO was supposed to stay away from the countries bordering Russia - bioweapon labs and military bases would be a flagrant violation of that accord.

Russia is a shit hole. Much of the country doesn't even have in door plumbing. There are no civil liberties, no freedom of speech, no right to bear arms, no freedom of movement, sky high abortion rates, sky high alcoholism... yet people here act like it is a paradise.
Putin is as corrupt as they come... a former KGB agent who made himself a billionaire while the country went destitute in the 90s. He consistently says the worst thing to happen in the modern age is the collapse of Russian communism.
