I propose a new term for males that compete in female athletics: "failed male". We should all refer to these persons by their male name with "failed male" in front of it. Example "failed male, William "Lia" Thomas used his biological advantage to win a competition against a field of female competitors." BTW: I wonder how many of these people would rediscover the joy of being a man if they checked their testosterone levels and took steps to bring them up levels appropriate for a male human.

The term is sandbagging, where a higher ranked player will play in lower competitive environment to maintain dominance by reducing risk of losing.
Sandbagging kills competition to the point of where games are fixed. This demoralizes anyone who competes and follows the rules.
It’s like an ego boost to the one playing down. They don’t see it like an adult playing on a kids team they actually are crazy enough to see it as equal

There are about 5000 points of difference between the male and female. Cutting off the junk doesnt change things like extra muscle mass and just extra muscle, less fat, bigger lungs, fast twitch response etc etc. That is why a group of prepubescent boys beat the womens pro soccer team easily.
Even a castrated male belongs nowhere near womens sports. Estrogen wont change all of those things.
