14th amendment - the pertinent parts for this argument:
Section 4.
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.
Section 5.
The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
So - the US debt "authorized by law" - that would mean Congress and not the executive branch...
The Congress shall have power to enforce - again that pesky Congress provision.
There is zero chance he can get away with using the 14th.

What I find interesting is this part:

So, if Patriots are in control, if Biden and key members of his team are being controlled, is this action of using the 14th to render the debt ceiling as unconstitutional a boomerang that will render all debt incurred by traitorous regimes void?
Im not a Constitutional scholar and the law tends to be a foreign language in my eyes. Is there anyone here who could flesh out this idea?
Biden may not like the budget passed by the House...but he has no power to pass a budget. And the Senate can only go along with it, or refuse to go anywhere.
Let the Supreme Court figure this out. If the Executive and Legislative branches are at an impass, then the Judicial Branch will step in as an umpire. Seems fair.
Also, when all the dust settles and America is still in the hole for trillions of dollars, will those trillions ever be paid back or will it be written off as bad debt. If America is "reformed" into a new Republic, do we still have to pay that old debt? Will America be perpetually in debt for Trillions of dollars?
I hope the fuck does it. Let's get this crashing so we can build it right

Sure likes to spend money we don’t have.
Don't forget lead
i like collecting different sizes of lead. 6.5mm, 8mm, .223, .308, .22, .45. Its neat, each one comes with a nice little brass display stand.
Just saw on my metals site they are now hawking copper rounds and coins. They even have a 1 ounce Trump copper round.
I wasn’t aware that my junk silver has a $15 premium! True price is $41 dollars an ounce now.
Not even for things that are nationally important, like infrastructure or something.
It's all for the big guy and his friends. Accomplices really.
Constitutional crisis huh ? do we even have one ?
Not so you’d notice…
Word.
This is the relevant clause:

Do it I dare him to do it do you think you'll see this dare? 🤷♀️🤣
Ignoring the law is not actually a novel theory.

The corporation is bankrupt....not the republic
This is the way
We could only hope he was such a dumbass he did this. A lot of lightbulbs would switch on in the aftermath of such idiocy.
I guess that would include all taxes as well then right?
Then they’ll send it to the USSC and…..
