This has been more clear in the last 4 years than ever, they only mean something if you are a democrat because you can rest assured the swamp will bail you out and the da,s will drop all charges
Thing is, it's simply impossible for Trump to have a fair trial. Everyone pretty much either loves him or hates him so much they would stab their own mother if it meant hurting Trump.
And using this division for dirty political goals sets a very bad precedent.
Is this really about precedence, or is it actually to illustrate how the corrupt civil court system is setup to launder payoff money via restitution for imaginary "crimes"?
Both?
Either way, it's a rabbit hole. Judge named Lewis. Plaintiff named Carroll. Alice in Wonderland.
The Southern District of NY changed the law so that crazy woman could sue him in a civil case - long after the statute of limitations expired! The billionaire Epstein customer provided that crazy woman with the funds & top attorney to sue President Trump. This is using the law in war. It was all rigged against our President. If Tara Reade’s probably doesn’t have the Sam #MeToo law extending the Statute of Limitations in her state, assuming she doesn’t live in NY.

That court would convict Trump of taking a bite out of the moon. Complete and utter nonsense.
Trump is now Omnipotus, Devourer of Worlds, from The Tick, who actually did take a bite out of the moon.
...OmniPOTUS...hmm...

Oh-oh. Next legal action against Trump: "He took a bite out of the moon." There's probably a law against that somewhere.
So what does this mean now? There's no way this holds up
It sets precedence to go after Biden for the same thing.
Oh, the pattern!
It's like when they just indicted a former president for the first time.
and when they investigated Trumps tax records
and when they blamed Trump for working for Russia
all to set precedence in the normie mind.
It's just brilliant
And raiding Mar-a-Lago!
what iz good for ze goose, iz good for ze gander
President Precedent

Also, E Carroll looks like a dude in drag in all the photos, so there's a definite tranny (flipping sides) vibe to this entire affair.
Excellent catch, fren!
What media is going to be petty enough report on bidens crimes 24/7?
Setting a precedent is all well and good, but I'm long past ready for the worm to turn and bite some of the real criminals in the ass.
Not if the trial was held in any blue state or city. The Left in America doesn’t seem to care about truth or justice just promoting the narrative.
The scales of Justice can now be trusted to be skewed by political views if the trial is in a democrat state with a democrat judge.
Justice is blind except when it isn't!
Muh husband said the same thing.

You assume an equal application of "justice", and neither exist.
Not in DC
I haven't been keeping up for the past few days. Did Trump get convicted on this crap?
I know Twitter is not really a good source, but saw this on several feeds, including Tom Fitton. From IntheMattrix
“The jurors have reached a verdict in the E. Jean Carroll v. Trump lawsuit -
Trump is cleared of rape but found liable for sexual abuse
The damages awarded to Carroll: $5 million.
A very strange finding by the jury - it didn't believe Carroll's rape story but did believe her abuse story.” @technofog
Trump comments from TheHill.
Correction: No evidence that I am aware of.
