Fitting. Harley corporation has been cashing in on the fake advertisement image they created (with a US taxpayer bailout from the gubment) by building shitty, (and they are technologically shitty) overpriced bikes to sell to chumps who want that fake "real biker image," and that extra-fake "real American product." Harley bikes are pieced together with foreign shit all over their bikes, electronics, forks, shocks, tires...all kinds of shit; very little is actually American parts.
When you deal with deceptive fakes, and frauds, that's what you end up with- supporting fakes, and frauds. Harley Davidson is establishment bullshit, and has been for the past half century. Fakes, frauds, and faggots.

Harley bikes are indeed largely (more then half of their components) made in foreign countries, and assembled in the US. Most people who buy them have no idea of that fact, because Harley corporate advertisement shoves American flags in the faces of the public 24/7.
They are made in jainshi china , I believe at factory 26.factory 26 was used to build SKS rifles and has since been made into motor cycle factory.

They made their money from pretending to be "real American," now they are nearly finished with that game, and their true globohomo identity is now shining through.

Someone once told me that Harley-Davidsons are loud and slow.
I heard that the iconic Harley-Davidson engine noise comes from their inefficiency.
That is true. Both pistons in a Harley engine connect to a singular crankshaft pin (arm), thus compressing, and firing both pistons simultaneously. The inefficiency in that engine design comes from the force of the vibration of both pistons firing [nearly] at the same time, rather than staggering the pistons firing cycle.
The inefficiency comes from the design need to compensate for that extra vibration force by using more metal, and building heavier parts to withstand the shock force created by the engine, thus leading to a heavier, and inefficient, slug of a motorcycle.
There are other inefficient things with the standard Harley engine, but those other design qualities don't really affect the sound of a Harley, it is mostly the single crankshaft pin. As a side note, the single crank-pin engine design does offer a couple of minor, but noteworthy benefits.

The advertising looks to be on par with most "woke" companies. 22k for a bike that can go only 95-100 miles on a charge and takes 1 hour to charge at its fastest.
