For all the decoderfags, we have this article about a 13-foot long whale that weighs in at 1700 lbs with a scientific name Mesoplodon Bidens, which is quite the coincidence.
A few 45's are featured in the article, as well as a few other interesting numbers (for example, the article goes on to say that 330 seals died of bird flu last year). The whale was disoriented and died of a swollen brain, apparently. I'm not confident of a specific interpretation, but will be watching for Biden news anyway. If any decoders want to take a crack, take out the decoder rings and add anything you find. Thanks.

Esp about Bidens swollen brain , Encephalitis is an uncommon but serious condition in which the brain becomes inflamed (swollen). It can be life threatening and requires urgent treatment in hospital. Anyone can be affected, but the very young and very OLD are most at risk
Encephalitis is much more common in recent years due to (non-covid) vaccines.
I just read several pretty interesting articles about this a few days ago. True, because all the growth and onslaught of childhood vaccines are overall destroying the immune system, as well as causing all sorts of cancers (which can be defined as immune issues as well). Infections such as this have grown as a result. They have been poisoning us and withholding the "good" for decades. The consequences are surfacing in a wide variety of growing health issues. Evil stuff.
Thus making "necessary" the health insurance scam....

Usually feeds on cepalopods (squid/octopus/kraken/Hydra maybe?) usually deals with hydra/cepalopods types in deep waters/info?

The phrases "stuck on a shallow sandbar" and "rarely seen at the surface, spending most of their time deep underwater" seem to link it to the recent Biden fall where .he tripped over an imaginary sandbag while wearing U-boots

I had considered his trip on a sandbag at that (was it AF) speech he gave.
"Generally lethargic while thrashing occasionally" is what the original post said, which, uh, seems to fit the bill (or beak, as it were)
While the article linked says "stuck", the original post from late May (predating the sandbag incident or am I wrong on that?) is a little more neutral in tone, saying "located... on an intertidal sandbar". While the relevant information about how beaked whales spend most of their time in deep water is conveyed in the original post, it has pretty dissimilar wording to the newsweek article. A phrase the original post DOES use is "their cryptic nature and difficulty to research" (reference to decoding and, well, research)
This seems to indicate the WH is inside the Seacoast Science Center's Marine Mammal Rescue Team, though I could also accept that wording being a coincidence and the comms more being in the numbers, which came not from the SSC but the New Hampshire Vet Diagnostics Lab
Welcome WhaleWatcher. You make some good points. Newsweek has existed as a comms only vehicle for quite some time, so they're pros at tuning the words and numbers to fit. But the idea of WH on the inside is not so far fetched as you suggest, if you include the 99. There was a huge push during the plandemic, and probably before that, to flip the neutral players to 99. If you're not 99 already, you should switch ASAP.

So, are we thinking these comms came from inside the Seacoast Science Center's Marine Mammal Rescue Team who first presented this information on 21st of May (5+12=17??), or from inside the New Hampshire Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, who performed the necropsy?
My, admittedly beginner level attempts, understanding is that many times scientific comms are most really scientists that collect data & follow scientific method. Rather it is individuals who know how to interpret & communists I ate to various agencies about what is needed to be done & happen to have an editor/publisher in their pocket (for various reasons) that are willing to publish these comms for those who need them sent.

Science and space stories are almost always comms. But like you, I can spot the comms but cant decipher the specifics.
But it looks to me like some deep cover agent has been brought to the surface perhaps.
Yeah, it's hard to use it- the comms are flying all around us, but without being on the inside it's hard to know what it means. I hadn't thought of it as an agent. Could even be a different member of the family, or some type of warning. Good insights.

As the whale is a "Mesoplodon bidens," one can assume we are speaking of the Biden administration, as evidence by this quote from the article:
"It was alive when it initially stranded, and was noted to be somewhat lethargic, but still thrashing occasionally..."
So, we have the Biden administration starting out fully functional at the onset, then becoming ineffectual, but still occasionally striking out at its opponents.

Well, if the whale represents the government, then perhaps the brain itself = the executive branch, as in Potatus. Perhaps Potatus is going to get hit with charges due to his pay-for-play scheme in the Ukraine (due to his hubris = swollen head. He thought he could get away with it.) If so, then his administration will be about as useful as a beached whale. When the "brain" goes, so does the rest of the "body."
