Would love to see this extend to the corporate world. The scum at my former employer used to openly talk about how many minorities they needed on The leadership team, how many women for each position, etc. Merit over your fake fucking commie diversity, 10 times out of 10. PREACH. I work for a disgustingly woke branch of federal gov't who is increasingly focused on hiring for skin color and gender...and skills/experience be damned. The good news is that I can potentially retire in the next 1-2 years...and these stupid motherfuckers can continue to drive the organization into the ground.

What was interesting for me was when some of my evil (sarcasm) white co-workers who were also woke lefists got passed over for promotions in the name of Diversity™, they quickly made racist remarks to me about the people that got the jobs. Remember, these were bleeding heart libs who virtue signalled about this kind of garbage. One had a BLM flag hanging on his house 😆😆. Unfortunately, colleges are so in bed with racist ideology that there will need to be some severe lawsuits won against the universities and the estates of the admission personnel for harm done before there is a wholesale change.. This at least sets the table for these lawsuits to begin.
