Twitter was being used by AI bots to digest millions of tweets to determine emerging narratives and to flag millions of "misinformation" tweets. They would then use this info to have tweets suppressed and form counter narratives. The rate limits that Elon implemented hindered their ability to do that ....
During the Rate Limit if you searched for France you got what you were looking for, when you do the same search now that the rate Limits is gone it seems like you get thrown everything and the kitchen-sink that just so happen to have the word france in it, fucking Cardi B visiting france, various k-pop and other accounts with france as a part of the name(including @* * * * * francine_ * * * * whatever), fucking ANYTHING that happens to have anything even remotely like 'france' anywhere in it..............
Remember 20,000 upvotes on The Donald on Reddit ?
Remember when we migrated to TheDonald.win and there were 10,000 upvotes ?
Remember when TheDonald.win lost its domain?
Remember those 20,000 upvotes ?
Thank you for mentioning this it's been so long and can get forgotten how popular we really are.
Think my old reddit account still holds the record for the most upvoted unbiased post featuring Trump.......

Can someone share the content and pics? Or screen caps. It’s forcing me to create an account and download the app.
With reddit links Just change the www to "old"
So old.reddit.com
It's reddit without all the shit new features and locking you out with "over 18+ must make an account to view this"...etc
Don't need an app if you use a desktop, use anything running android and you will get hounded by install-app popup every time you go there.
That thread was an interesting read

Alternatives to Twitter
I suggest considering those alternatives to Twitter. Which are censorship-free and with community-owned code, and really decentralized social media:
• https://mastodon.social [a, b, c, d]
• https://bastyon.com [a, b, c, d]
• https://truthsocial.com [a, b, c, d]
• https://gab.com [a, b, c, d]
• https://hubzilla.org [a, b, c, d]
• https://friendi.ca [a, b, c, d]
• https://diasporafoundation.org [a, b, c, d]
• https://minds.com [a, b]
[a] Censorship-free
[b] Community-owned code
[c] Financed by its users. So free from interference by investors.
[d] Decentralized
Mastodon? Only of you stay on the good side of Sol. (he actually has no good side)
Truth social...cough cough...
My wife and I just got our second Lifetime ban last week
No idea why she got it
I dared declare that the crime of Treason should be met with rope and gravity. I didn’t say whether the target was Liberal or Conservative. Apparently this is “inciting violence” and a violation of terms. No warning. Just instant lifetime ban
If you have feelings or thoughts that Twitter disagree with. They are very fearful. They ban you permanently without warning. My account is banned for years now ;)
There are plenty of healthier, and fearless, alternatives to Twitter at https://greatawakening.win/p/16bihpW6v0/x/c/4TvA9j40mZS
I've said this many times and only receive a 7 day ban 😂
Excellent article on this subject.

That makes perfect sense. Thanks for the link.
It also aligns with error messages I got during rate limits:

Still waiting for musk to release the fauci files
so is this good or not?
If it’s removing automated bots that are spewing liberal gayness, yes, it’s a good thing.
I'm still getting rate limited.
Where are you in the world, stuff like this is very likely to be focused on the more critical areas relative to whatever is being influenced so it could be that you are in an area where some of this AI traffic is coming from or an area that is more heavily targeted by it...
Where I'm at is a place where this kind of traffic and bandwidth would quickly be VERY noticeable so there is a good chance that my AO was among the first places ruled out as a source of the traffic..
USA
For the anonymous limit, they might be limiting network segments, not just individual IPs. So if you are on a VPN that shares an IP address with other users, or the limit is on the VPN's pool of IPs, then you might be sharing that quota with other users and/or bots. YouTube does this.
An alternative theory:
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2023/07/03/beware-france-macron-moves-to-shut-down-internet-communication-to-block-rebellious-uprisings/
I have read both theories of Elons motives and both bring up compelling points.
Its almost certainly true that this scraping isnt a new phenomenon but is Sundance correct in asserting that a mere captcha could stop the scraping? Is Elons June 16th meeting with Macron the smoking gun in a conspiracy to limit information? Weve heard that this limit to social media in France is limited but is that true? Id think if it is truly limited in time and scope then perhaps Sundance is a bit too far in the weeds.
As for the rest of the article, I am certain that what he describes as the role of Twitter/Facebook et al and how the US Government was behind that role in the Arab Spring is correct. That lends credence to Sundances theory here.
As always though the fog of war has created an uncertainty that evil hides behind making it difficult to suss out the true motivations and facts. None of this though changes my mind about Elon -- he is to be kept at arms length because none of us know what is happening behind the scenes.
It makes this a very difficult war to fight for the People when we dont know who besides Trump is a Patriot and who is a traitor.
there are plenty of people who find Trump hard to trust because of his vaccine comments.
yet we know he is trustworthy. because we understand the role of those comments. its not impossible to put musk's comments in context and understand the role he plays. but if you don't see it, you don't see it. there's a term for thinking anything you don't know is unknowable..
Everyone knows that recaptcha doesn't actually stop bots, especially not any of the "smarter" ones. We have known this for over a decade.
The AI can solve pretty much any captcha unfortunately
I can't even do that, lol
The limit on non-paid users seemed reasonable for casual users. This theory assumes that obsessive non-paid users have significant influence on the platform. It might not be a bad idea to make the amount of influence that people have more equal with each other. For example, why should a NEET online activist have more influence than someone working a full time job?
Some of these non-USA users will include troll farms with human users, whose job it is to push a narrative. A captcha will not affect them. AI is fairly new. I expect that less advanced despotic regimes are still using old fashioned troll farms, which were heavily impacted by this.
Sounds like there was a temporary reprieve from the cabal's "Flooding the Zone" tactic. Nice!
AI is the latest and greatest, but do not forget about the troll farms, or whatever you call operations that use real humans on multiple devices and accounts for manipulating online things.
Was more than a little frustrating to see a lot of good conservatives on Twatter having an absolute meltdown over these temporary rate limits. I work in tech so I don't expect everyone to immediately understand why Musk implemented the rate limits. But I do expect conservatives to think for a few minutes before tweeting hysterics.
Not just that.. remember who controls AI controls the world
All the boys are just surveiling right now. Sure call it machine Learning— this is only the beginning
What happens if we go to war and all the bots which outnumber us — push the deep state narrative to sway opinion?
What if the boys are giving us a social credit score?
This might be a lot more sinister
So Elon introduced today “communities” where only those you let in see or can reply to your tweets
sure seems like bullshit to protect hype from sound of freedom.
Every VC that has a brain has been dumping cash into any AI scraping they can. Its based on existing tech and was not hard to use. Elon cut off an important arm. The finger on the pulse side of things is super important for their control. Facebook and the like still exist so they are not flying totally blind.
Amazing but not shocked. OP, do you have any links to back things up? This would be important to share. I‘ve already brought this up on liberal sites and they skip over it.
Listen to Badlands Media Power Hour #158. They have a segment with Trump’s cyber guy explaining about the AI censor DeathStar. Plus, they have this description:
https://twitter.com/misteryrobozo/status/1675217396670291971
There's a comment on the tweet with the guy talking about the censorship DeathStar showing a graph with Venture Capital for Generative AI skyrocketing this year. He implies that more scraping increases with the demand for LLMs (the networks used to scrape). Anyway, Elon responds with a target emoji. That tells me this is what is going on.

Thanks! You mean this one? https://rumble.com/v2xaw74-devolution-power-hour-158-sat-1030-pm-et-.html
Yep. It’s a bit in. But the whole 2 hours is jam packed. I’ve been driving a lot since Sunday and keep replaying it. Just wow.
Thx! Been some great shows, so I know what you mean.
Would have had to save screens during the rate limit for that but it was a quite noticeable absence of noise and irrelevant results during, and when the limit was lifted it actually got worse than before it was instigated.
The thing is, you still get relevant results but with the noise increase after the limits removal, it's almost like some of it is being allowed to make people more aware of it....
I think a topic posting limit would help this place tremendously.
