The Supreme Court has to show itself to be corrupt.
SCOTUS has rejected almost all cases on "standing" - PDJT has standing as someone that is running for office. I still think this will go to trial and PDJT will be found guilty by the corrupt Obama appointed judge and DC jury but I think they will interfere with his mounting an adequate defense and THAT will be what gets this all to the SCOTUS.

Honest question: Can the Supreme Court intercede on its own, without DJT's case actually being tried before it? I'm not sure what the mechanism for that would be.

I certainly agree with you. I also believe Trump is on a plan to put everything in motion and will act accordingly when the time comes. If push comes to shove and we don't get the retribution he promised, then all plans and bets are off, we will then have to act with or without the military Q promised.

His defense will lay out all of the treason that has been committed in the elections. The military is the only way.
