I'm not aware of the Smith-Mundt Act repeal having been brought up in any other 'news' interviews, and it is a keystone in the culture war we see today that OBASTURD heinously fermented. This is the type of bomb that needs to be 'watchable' and spelled out verbally to pick up any traction with normies, as if they saw it in print they would just skip it as 'Meh, boring political stuff, me no read'.

See I disagree with that. If Trump came out with undeniable proof, used emergency broadcast system to communicate, which by federal law they can override all telecoms to have the messages sent out. He could have diverted everyone but the soros foot soldiers from any and all action. He could have set the record straight.
