The US Government = US Corporation
The special counsel would have to be US Military. Durham special counsel transferred all the evidence and sealed indictments to the US Military.
Sauce?
Trust me bro

None of that is true
The military is prevented from being involved in law enforcement. It's illegal and has been for a long while.
Are you sure that Space Force falls under the posse comitatus act?
I know that the Army and Air Force falls under the posse comitatus act, and that Navy and Marines falls under 10 U.S. Code § 275, but both National and Coastguard can be used as Civilian Law Enforcement.
Do we know for sure that DJT didn’t organise the Space Force in such a way that it doesn’t fall under the Comitatus act or 10 U.S. Code § 275?
It would be a great failure on our side if we didn’t create the SF in a way that can be used in the fight against the DS.
DJT knew heavy cheating was inbound, most likely by foreign (and domestic) actors, I refuse to believe that he didn’t take that into consideration when he created SF.
Yes we do.
§1385. Use of Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Space Force as posse comitatus Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army, the Navy, the Marine Corps, the Air Force, or the Space Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
(Added Aug. 10, 1956, ch. 1041, §18(a), 70A Stat. 626 ; amended Pub. L. 86–70, §17(d), June 25, 1959, 73 Stat. 144 ; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, §330016(1)(L), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147 ; Pub. L. 117–81, div. A, title X, §1045(a), Dec. 27, 2021, 135 Stat. 1904 .)
President Trump did not create Space Force.
It was created by laws written by Congress and passed with veto -proof support.
While the Trump Administration adopted the push to create the Space Force, it was proposed in 2017 by a Congressman from Alabama.
Awesome. Thanks for the filler.
It’s posts like these that makes me return to TGA.win.
Well done fren
I don't think so. The "US Corporation" is only a myth at this time. The US Military is the main component of the Department of Defense, which is a department of the Executive Branch---ergo, a part of government. Their officers are commissioned by the President.
Doesn't change the fact that the Space Force is part of the Air Force, which is part of the Armed Forces, which is part of the Department of Defense, which is a cabinet agency reporting to the President.
It doesn't matter when the other armed forces were created. The Navy and the Marine Corps pre-date the Constitution, but the Constitution subsumes them into the Executive branch.
Find the document that establishes a private "corporation" and you might have something. But otherwise, the Constitution forms a corporate body politic in the general meaning of the word. Just like cities are "incorporated" but they are not private entities. (You have to remember that private corporations exist at the behest of the government, which can unravel them whenever it wants to.)
In any case, the Constitution is self-defined as the "supreme law of the land." Nothing can supervene over it.
So i might not understand....where does that put Durham? He was a US Attorney when appointed?

Key timeline:
Now this may be an instance where it's just not properly recorded. Check out this article:

"Separately, U.S. Attorney John Durham, who was appointed in October by then-Attorney General William Barr as a special counsel to investigate the origins of the Trump-Russia probe, will remain in that capacity, the senior Justice Department official said, but is expected to resign from his other position as the U.S. attorney in Connecticut."
So maybe the idea is Weiss will have to retire shortly to complete the formal special counsel appointment process? There's a lot of ways to read this information. It could be anything from a bland formality to evidence of the end of the US Corporation.
I too would like an answer on that one. Was he retired?
James Durham retired Sep 22 2017:

I can't help thinking of this in the US Corporation vs US Republic context... Why would they fail to appoint Durham correctly? If he were part of the other US government? Am I nuts?

Watch Sidney
Weiss is also a US attorney. The situations are very similar.

Outside the US government could be as close as the state of Maryland or Virginia...
Outside US Government means = Military or Private Citizen - it will not be a current US Attorney of AG ….
If I could choose: Ka$h & Whitaker https://www.buzzsprout.com/1934748/13154786-kash-patel-joins-liberty-justice-with-host-matt-whitaker-season-2-episode-23?t=0
Somehow I believe, (Acting AG) Matt Whitaker is involved in this too
Me thinks Huber too
Judge Judy would be entertaining as SC
She entertained in a bikini for her 70th she is outstanding
That don't mean crap if they are all of a particular group of people......some of you know who I am talking about....
