Pleading guilty to expressing your God given rights? The case against Sidney is unconstitutional.
Here is an AP article that said Sideny plead guilty to reduced charges. The original charges of RICO were thrown out. She plead guilty to raising concerns of election fraud.
"She pleaded guilty to six misdemeanors accusing her of conspiring to intentionally interfere with the performance of election duties."
"conspiring to intentionally interfere with the performance of election duties"
Well, I remember Ruby Freeman was behind the scenes, filling out ballot application envelops with names and addresses, also pulling suitcases from under a table after the water main break. The article below says Ruby was arrested by FBI and Ruby requesting amnesty in exchange for her testimony.
We have not seen any news about Ruby since that time. Do you think she gave witness testimony that confirms Sidney's claims? Will President Trump subpoena Ruby with the upcoming court case in Georgia?
Not all of the FBI are corrupt, just the ones at the top. Q told us so, there are many more good people than bad.
WWG1WGA!!!
I believe she plead guilty to unlawful access to voting data...whatever that is.
Speaking of unlawful access, DHS never quite explained what it was they were doing or why they breached the Pennsylvania and Georgia election servers (proven by digital-forensics) on election night for both 2016 AND 2020.

Ms. Powell was charged with the same counts as two other codefendants, including Mr. Hall.
"Judge, if this state had gone to trial, the state would have shown that between the dates of Dec. 1 of 2020 and Jan. 7 of 2021, the defendant Sidney Powell, along with several coconspirators, entered into a conspiracy to interfere with the performance of election duties of codefendant Misty Hampton," Fulton County Executive District Attorney Daysha Young said.
Ms. Hampton, the remaining codefendant charged with these counts, was the elections director for Coffee County, Georgia.
Mr. Rafferty had said in a previous court hearing that he had already obtained testimony from Ms. Hampton saying that Ms. Powell had nothing to do with the acts she was charged for in the indictment. He also said that Ms. Hampton said she had authorized an investigation, and therefore nothing illegal was done in the acts listed.
Mr. Hall and Ms. Powell will now have to testify that those acts were illegal acts to further a criminal conspiracy, which will affect at least Ms. Hampton's case if not the rest of the defendants.
"The purpose of the conspiracy was to use Misty Hampton's position to unlawfully secure election machines in Coffee County, Georgia," Ms. Young said.
"This conspiracy included the following objectives:
"One: to unlawfully tamper with the electronic ballot markers and tabulating machines.
"Two: to cause certain members of the conspiracy, who were not officers charged by law with the care of ballots, and who were not persons entrusted by any such officer with the care of ballots for a purpose required by law, to possess official ballots outside the polling place.
"Three: to use a computer with knowledge that such use was without authority, and with the intention of taking and appropriating information, data, and software, the property of Dominion Voting Systems Corporation.
"Four: to use a computer with knowledge that such use was without authority and with the intention of removing voting data and Dominion Voting Systems Corporation data from said computer.
"Five: to use a computer with the intention of examining personal voter data with knowledge such examination was without authority. Each of these constitutes an attempt to interfere with, hinder, and delay Misty Hampton in her election duties.
She pleaded guilty, and that is it.
The question is whether she will give evidence against Trump, and maybe whether the Jury will believe her if she does.
What she did was not illegal. People have the right to voice their opinion on election integrity and pursue avenues to verify those claims. Is that not the same thing Kari Lake is doing in Arizona?
So why plead guilty?
She plead guilty of what? Voicing her opinion? Do you think she will get the gas chamber or electric chair?
She pleaded guilty to intefering in elections. That is a fact. She will be a light punishment, but will likely have to give evidence agains the other accused as part of the deal
How do you introduce evidence legally?
She won't be allowed to introduce evidence. She isn't going to trial. She will have to give evidence against the other defendents
She was always a crank, and she has betrayed all in the Q Community who believed in her
... but what does she say when asked if the election was stol(l)en?
We will have to wait and hear her testimony, but the liklihood is that she will say that the claims she made were false.
It won’t be overturned. If you plead guilty, there is no appeal.
Flynn plead guilty, he was ultimately vindicated and pardoned by Trump. I would bey Sidney is already working on her civil rights abuse case.
Flynn didn't appeal. He withdrew his plea of guilty.
Perhaps after the Trump Geogia case, Powell withdraw her plea of guilty as well. Thanks for making my point.
According to an Epoch Times report, she has until early November to withdraw her plea. I don't think that's enough time for the Georgia case to be completed (or even started).
Also, I'm not sure that its literally or even analogically correct to say "She plead guilty to raising concerns of election fraud."
According to the same article, she plead guilty to entering "into a conspiracy to interfere with the performance of election duties of codefendant Misty Hampton". So not simply raising concerns, but conspiring to actions that interfered..... (see below)
I'm not saying you aren't right, but I'm questioning whether its the right reasoning or not.

My point was, what did she plead guilty too? Voicing her opinion? Have you ever voiced your opinion? You are guilty too.
If Sydney Powell is being prosecuted for doing the same exact thing that the Hillary Clinton did and Hillary is not being prosecuted that is an equal protection violation.
Csn you appeal a plea?
No.
No.
I believe there is a way to appeal. The reason I say this is because people pleading guilty to murder have had their case overturned. Powell may have grounds to do this.
we're all shooting in the dark a bit, but I think there are limited scenarios where a plea can be retracted. in cases of proven coercion. in cases of exculpatory evidence perhaps. in limited cases where the defendant didn't know their rights (Powell certainly would have hard time claiming this).
perhaps the chess move of "sacrificing the queen" as depicted in recent Scotty Mar10 video was a white hat move where the deep state gets emboldened just before the white hats drop the voting data collected by Space Force or whomever
there's also chatter about Powell being a deep state operative but I find this difficult to fathom. not impossible, but very difficult
The exculpatory evidence is key to what you said. In Sidney Powell's case it was clear for anyone watching the defense attorney argue for dismissal, that the prosecution refused to look at and respond to the exculpatory evidence given to them. It was clear that the exculpatory evidence should have ended all the charges against Powell. After the defense was forced to motion the court on this issue, the prosecution argued before the judge that this should be heard in the trial. This only confirmed as being true that the prosecution refused to acknowledge and respond to the exonerating evidence that was sent to them. The legal precedent in any trial court is that the prosecution should acknowledge such evidence and agree to withdraw the case where the evidence is clear and demands it. However, the prosecutor's intent was to get Sidney Powell in court no matter what. The judge listened to the defense, but it was obvious he wasn't going to budge. This was a kangaroo court for political purposes.
IMHO, Sidney Powell does have the grounds for having this overturned.
Logically, I suspect you cannot appeal.
What you can do is change your plea (up until some point in time, although I have no idea what that point in time would be). Flynn changed his plea. (He did NOT appeal).
According to the Epoch Times:
Hmmmm....
Does the Epoch statement imply that Powell might file a habeus corpus within the next 12 months to claim that the punishment (charge?) is unlawful?
Uh, I believe when you plead guilty, you're unable to appeal. But, I'm not a lawyer.
I don't see how pleading guilty leads to the case being overturned
It's more difficult to overturn something you plead guilty to.
They dropped 7 felonies for 1 misdemeanor, lol. I think if she was gonna testify against Trump, she'd have something heftier than.that but it sounds more like prosecutors had jack shit.
Wait, are you saying she plead guilty to doing something that was not a crime? That can be appealed, but maybe she should have made an interlocutory appeal before she plead. That is when you ask a higher court to intervene so you can get a fair trial.
The Dark Side have a small window of opportunity, before this is overturned, to create Hell for her and focus Cancel Culture on her.
Good Luck Girl.
I am certain she was presented with some fabricated evidence that put her in the perfect spot to play a con. She and Trump have this all planned out. Her plea deal is intended to get Fani to go the court now with Sydney as her prime evidence. Sydney will hold all the power and she isn't going to testify the way they want. Due to then there not being enough evidence, Trump will be found innocent and he won't be able to be charged again. Now that the docket has been freed up, Trump can get this behind him by end of year.
She plead guilty:
to trying to find the evidence of fraud,
to the conspiracy to try make those responsible accountable,
… 5 more things that you’re also not allowed to do.
I don’t remember all counts but an easy translation of the legal BS to plain English was something along those lines.

EDIT [2]: Define “sarcasm”. Added for those who don’t get it.
Investigating possible voter fraud is not against the law, do you not understand this?
Do you not understand sarcasm?
Exactly, she plead guilty to voicing her opinion using her 1st Amendment rights.
