My comment was mostly in response to my constant surprise that ANYONE believes a MAN can BECOME a woman (or vice versa), by any means whatsoever. It's just too bizarre to contemplate.

Not that it matters but Lipo is actually best applied in this way. Obese people should not get it as they will get fat again. People like her who are fit and neurotic can use Lipo to spot reduce an area. They were probably going to suck out a teaspoon's worth of fat or something ridiculous so her knees were more "defined" looking.
Cardiac arrest during anesthesia happens though. This isnt a "covtard dripped dead as they were working out and healthy." This is a "moron influencer was getting a dumbass elective surgery where they inject sedatives in you to keep you in a deep sleep and the technician sucked."
