Well, it'd likely be Stable Diffusion, not chatGPT but you'd have to go pretty in-depth on keywords using a model with a lot of samples in this style. Definitely an unhealthy focus on it, even if it's just a troll attempt.
I'm guessing if these ads on etsy were real to begin with then now we have copycat larps out putting bogus stuff on there to screenshot... I'm not saying this didn't happen on there at some point, but this one here looks pretty fake and glowy to me. Half expecting it to be used by some libtard to point out all the QAnons that fell for it.

They are getting removed because we are reporting them to Etsy. I personally reported them.
Also, Liz Crokin posted about this on Twitter/X and I'm sure many of her hundreds of thousands of followers also reported them to Etsy.

Yeah, no. We are not that dumb. Many of us went on the Etsy website and found the above item is listed as 'for sale'. It isn't a troll photo. It's an actual listing of an item being 'offered for sale' on their website.
I buy handmade items from Etsy and can sign in easily at look at items for sale. All of these pedo listing that have been brought to the board in the last couple of days are actual listings of 'items for sale' that I personally verified.
If you want to set up a seller's account on Etsy and post imagery like this, I think you would be very foolish and may expect a knock on your door by a 3-letter agency.
