Lack of exercise prevents energy from moving through the body, which can cause stagnation, blood coagulation, muscular atrophy, etc. but most people who live normal lives with at least some walking can avoid major issues related to being virtually motionless. Yoga asanas help to release traumas stored in the physical body over time. So yes, there is definitely a need for physical exercise but nothing above and beyond what a normal "day in the life" entails. Even walking roughly a mile a day is more than enough generally speaking.
Our "natural state" is one of perfect health, harmony and happiness. There are so many things I could tell you. The man had a ninth grade education and is still the smartest person I’ve ever known. He’s been gone 12 years now and I still miss him so much. One thing I didn’t know until about 2020 is just how bad our healthcare system is. All these suppressed cures. It ended painfully for many people for no reason, including my dad. He had lung cancer.
Even cancer is easy to deal with once you abandon the medically recommended diet of processed food and toxic medicine. Would you believe veggies are toxic and our bodies only need meat? Did you children with epilepsy and autism are cured on carnivore diet.
