So, if the IRS deceived or misled you to believe that paying taxes was required by law, then even if you have been paying taxes and then you find out that it was always “voluntary” and you stop, the IRS shouldn’t be able to come after you. Fraud even in a contract, viciates everything.
Do you have a "Birth Certificate"? If yes, that right there is the contract. Before Birth Certificates were developed there was no income tax. Think about that for a minute. The way our government has been corrupted is horrible, but it will only get worse as time goes on because people like you are the ones who the 87,000 new IRS agents will be looking for.
There was a video put out by a patriot (or paytriot) back in the 90s that explained the whole thing. It was called “Theft by Deception” and it did a deep dive into tax law from the 16th amendment to the present. This guy served prison time and the IRS tried to retrieve all copies of the video. If anyone has one, it should be uploaded here. When the IRS eventually raided his home, they took all the videos he had on hand even though the warrant only called for the confiscation of one.
