The election shouldn’t have been certified until the scope and scale of problems were laid out to everyone in plain English and not legalese. American public included. And not filtered through partisan talking heads and media. And it was determined whether the problems were 1. Deliberate and 2. Severe enough to affect the outcome of the election.
