Just to play devils advocate. Lets sat there were 9 million blacks in the US in 1900. At least half were woman and couldn't vote. Then out of the male half many were too young to vote. Then fill in the too scared to vote. Or unable to overcome democrat laws designed to prevent the balck vote. Pretty soon you have a small number.
But now we have 45 million blacks where both sexes vote. No impediment to voting. In fact you can vote for over 6 weeks.
10% of a large number is often more that 90% of a small number.
And Haiti hasn't even been revealed yet, at least it isn't widely known as far as I'm aware.

I worked with a Haitian man in Canada. He didn't know US politics, other than, "I hate the Clintons!" You could put Satan on the ballot and this dude would vote for him over a Clinton. It's that bad.

Black people really should wake up faster and realize that a headline that references "the black vote" or similar like a collective monolith is proof that they have been controlled for years.
If Chicago comes back at 95% D, it might have some serious issues. They are leaving the Democrat Party is huge numbers. They are sick of the broken promises. This administration is the epitome of backstabbers. If a major city tries to steal their votes this year, it's going to get ugly.
