hey fellow anons I read somewhere that trumps company has a market cap potentially of 53b dollars. today was a great day and just wondering if this is the start of the domino's falling down where things start going our way?

Problem is some of us have shit luck and poor instincts with that sort of thing and keep getting burnt more often than not when we invest, thus we do not have the money when the smart people get in.
We just gotta hope all the smart money goes to the moon and even us dopes end up in the black if not making massive gains.

DWAC transfer agent is "Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company". Call them (800.509.5586) to verify/discuss process: https://continentalstock.com
Send a few shares over from your broker via a Direct Registration of Stock (DRS) request to broker to verify process. Get Continental account access checked and working. Verify they come across as ābookā (there is currently no investment plan option at Continental for $DWAC). Brokerage address on file is what is sent over to Continental for them to send you paperwork, etc. I have confirmed it works and have all my shares except 1 now at Continental in "book".
Continental is also transfer agent for $PSQH, $SPCE and $NKLA, all also heavily shorted. Computershare is transfer agent for $GME, $AMC, $RUM, $BB, $JWN (Nordstrom), with the last one an apparent target of $GME CEO.
DRS changes ownership from āheld in Trust as broker property for your benefitā (custodial) to āindividually owned by account ownerā (direct ownership). Equivalent to holding your own gold, silver, offline Bitcoin private wallet, cash in your private safe, or allodial land title.

You have to ask yourself Why Trump getting closer to the presidency adds so much value to DWAC?What are the pros and cons on the company. In itself, being the US President doesnāt mean a private company will be successful.

As soon as the merger takes place that stock will have rockets attached to it. I also anticipate a split, possibly a 2-1.
If they actually have a market cap of $53B, then when that materializes I can retire on my initial investment alone.

Ok, like you're five. Roger that. Market cap = share price x number of available shares. Three days ago, at $20/share DWAC had a market cap of $650 million. Rough math means that there are 32.5 million DWAC shares (emphasis on rough math for all of this explanation). The DWAC lawsuit against the SEC alleges that the SEC has unlawfully suppressed $53 billion in market share. If we take $53B and divide it by $650 million, that's roughly 82. In other words, DWAC is alleging it's true value is $1650+/per share. So, using math from three days ago, $20ish/share x 82 = $1650. $1650/share x 32.5 million shares = $53 Billion. That make sense? I used the numbers from three days ago because I don't know if the recent jump increases the market cap another 50% or not since these things fluctuate with time.

It all banks on the DWAC boards assessment being right. But here's the thing, I don't think we're likely to ever see that. In my opinion, I think DWAC will probably get to a couple hundred bucks when the stock market tanks and nobody can afford to suppress/short DWAC anymore. When the crash happens, legitimately valuable assets will be either greatly diminished or captured an auctioned by executive order (think about those Trump EOs Biden keeps extending). Meanwhile, doubtful the crash impacts DWAC much. In any event, when that happens you'll see DWAC do to the banks and elite institutions what they intended to do to us. Specifically, they wanted us destitute and bankrupt so they could seize our assets or simply buy them up for a fraction of their value. Instead, we'll be taking their cake. The proof for this is in the SEC filing. I expect Trump to acquire news outlets, medical facilities and hospitals, pharmaceutical corporations, law firms, social media companies and search engines, major Internet commerce (Amazon), entertainment companies, and educational institutions. When that happens, DWAC will be like Berkshire Hathaway stock (only we'll never see that because they'll keep splitting shares to keep them affordable). Any acquisition will further increase it's value. So yes, I see the potential. I guess bookmark this post to look back in five years lol.
Yes, i suspected this scenario myself, hence "acquisition" but I thought it was going to be geared towards the social media and news outlets who have been doing Trump and patriots dirty spewing misinfo to the normies. Defintely taking some DWAC profits and putting it into precious metals to hedge against the black swan event.
I strongly encourage you to read the SPAC filing with the SEC. I think it's only one page long. It lists all the kinds of business and industry it intends to acquire. Those are the businesses hurting us and have been doing so for decades.

Actually, DWAC's rocket rise could have to do with the cabal shorting the f out of it. Maybe Trump knew they would & plans to blow them all away with a rocket rise as he landslides every state. Meanwhile doing what everyone hoped to do with GME, making the shorters eat their shorts - which will bankrupt the cabal - and as each one goes bankrupt, their brokers will be forced to liquidate their shorts - which is another plus! 1650 might be too low!!! I've been so lucky with this one. I got 2k shares at 12.82 on IPO day and put in an order to sell half the same day when I saw the price going crazy high...that order somehow got processed in the mayhem at peak price that day around $175/share. Needless to say that I was a happy camper...this is all in an IRA , so I'm trying not to lose it! I still have the remainder tho!

I have all warrents. For the last year the price was well under the issue price. And the stock price was above.
I DRS my few shares about a month ago. Fidelity says that transferred to Continental successfully but I still have received no information from them. Has anyone else tried to DRS their shares and if so, did you have any problems?
If you have any doubt, I would call Continental. They're not as quick about informing investors unlike Computershare is for GME. I was worried, too, when I first registered my shares with them, as I never heard if my shares were secured, either. Also as a heads up, any voting that needs to be done with those shares (like the merger) will have materials sent via snail mail, too. I still have shares with my broker, and I always get proxy material first via email. Continental will send out the material, but it might be a couple weeks after the voting window has opened.

Yes, I did. You can also call Continental Stock and if they've received your stock, they can set you up with a log in so you can see the record of your shares online.

Thank you for your reply. I have been able to DRS a few shares of GME as well. I have always gotten physical conformation from Computershare within two weeks. It is going on almost six weeks now for the DWAC with no word. Another anon was also kind enough to reply and let me know that Continental seems to be slow with their response time. At this point I think I may have to try contacting them directly just to be sure.
Before biden took office I had a bunch of pro America investments. I have Rumble stock, DWAC,FSR,etc. I'm up almost 60% on those investments out of no where. I'm literally waiting until that bag of dust is out of the white house to do any investing. While im happy for the extra $500+ I'm very wary.
