Nevada has long been a caucus state. Two years ago, when the Crats realized Trumps popularity, they did what they always do. "How can we muck this up" The primary was instituted to do that. The fight really heated up the past few months. The courts decided there could be both a primary and a caucus; but they also decided the delegates were awarded from the caucus.
