The Constitution is quiet about a Presidency served while in exile as Washington DC and our government is clearly held by enemy combatants. I think we would have to look to the Law of War here. Anyone with insight here? Does the Law of War cover this?

In any case, we are in uncharted waters. If the Law of War is also silent here then I believe the protocols and law surrounding this will be set as we go. Im not even sure that SCOTUS could weigh in here since they are an Article III court and can only rule and comment on the Constitutional validity and the Constitution itself is silent. Im thinking this would have to go to a Convention of States.

It's got to be more than private security and mercenaries. I have no doubt in my mind that the deep state would nuke an entire city just to kill Trump.

There is more to this story than publicly available. He was a former Navy guy that served on the Special Boat Teams and a veteran NYC Police officer. Ive always felt that he is a likely candidate to be on the Q team.

He also was said to say he could not recall or was not aware of links between Trump associates and Russian officials and spies.[24] He testified that a Russian offered to send five women to Trump's hotel room during their 2013 trip to Moscow for the Miss Universe pageant but he rejected the offer.[25][26] "One source noted that Schiller testified he eventually left Trump's hotel room door and could not say for sure what happened during the remainder of the night."[27]
