Also, why rebuild a toll bridge (other Anons claimed it was on here). Is it a private toll bridge? Is this a federal property grab?

Insurance should pay for this & do a proper investigation at the very least. What are the feds hiding?

I was on board with 9/11 a year after it happened, and then se things happened close to home where I could see how steel may not melt, but it certainly could bend under jet fuel temps (it did with grass fires in the area), so I figured the claims that the engineers were brilliant & designed it to fall in on itself must be accurate.

Everything else I have studied since finding Q Makes it clear 9/11 was an inside job & things were far worse than I had ever imagined, though lined up perfectly with what I had been taught about deep state problems growing up.

I know enough about architecture and structure built to know you cannot have it just collapsed like a pancake. You can collapsed but it will go slowly down. Then I was told the jet fuel came down the elevator and ignite from underneath was how I was being explained to. I said, then who light the match at the bottom?

A colonel from the Army told me I need to go work for the FBI. Sent me a recommendation letter there. No one wants me. It's good too because of what I understand now.

This is very good page. I have read others very similar and engineers are saying the same.

Not claiming I am smart or anything, but if you have to collapse from above and nothing was exploding from the bottom, you have to collapse floor by floor.

Just playing devil's advocate here: The downed bridge is blocking access to one of the country's largest and most critical ports. As I understand it, no ships can get in or out of the port until the debris is removed, and a bridge is badly needed for logistical purposes in moving things in and out of the port once they are unloaded from the ships. I am sure there will be court battles with the insurance company, which will try and pay as little as possible, and these court battles could take years before there would be any money to begin the cleanup and rebuilding. The country can't afford to have that port out of operation for a long period of time.

It seems to me that it makes far more sense for a quick investigation, followed by the government paying for the salvage, cleanup, and rebuilding so as to get the port running again ASAP. Then when the insurance company eventually is forced to pay, the money would replace at least some of what the government spent.

Keep in mind, I could be completely wrong. I am assuming that WHs are in control of the response, and that may not be the case. Hopefully things will become clearer in the coming days and weeks.

That's not how this kind of insurance works - the policies respond and the claim is reinserted. Actually the insurers are incentivised to pay when the claim is clear cut as this is.

because if they steal the shipping company's money or the insurance company's money they could get sued and have to pay it back when the bridge doesn't get rebuilt. this way they can say the bridge will cost a billion dollars and grease everyone they want.

Per Maritime Law, the ship owner and charterers are limited in the amount of their liability. In the United States, the limit, except as to claims for personal injury and wrongful death, is the value of the ship and the earnings of the voyage on which it was engaged at the time of the casualty.

The basic condition is that the party asserting it must be free from "privity or knowledge" in the words of the United States statute. The ship owner is entitled to limit his liability for the negligence of the master or crew, but not for his own personal negligence or the decisions of management personnel.

In other words... what is the value of that ship and cargo?

Since the cargo was containers full of trash... virtually zero value. The ship may be worth $10 Million to $20 Million at most.

The bridge will likely cost over $1.5 Billion to replace. Per Maritime Law, as it applies to the U.S., since this wasn't a planned incident and it wasn't company negligence... the extent of their liability is the value of the ship.

Of course, the families of everyone who died can now sue the shipping company for Tens of $Millions each... and the city of Baltimore can try to sue the shipping company for shutting down the port and disrupting businesses... but that may fall under the limited liability.

They don't want ME on that jury. I would award every wrongful death $100 Million, and every injury $50 Million. The shipping company and their insurance carrier wouldn't get off with just the value of the ship.

I was told my name is fitting because I need to educate myself regarding harbor pilot. Unfortunately for this particular person, I used to work with the doctors of the Columbia River pilots all the time when I was working in Portland.

Those were specially trained pilots navigating the mouth of the Columbia by Astoria. None of them would voluntarily crashed the barge. Just like the pilots in the sky wouldn't want to do that.

Is it vax, or maybe sabotage. Someone said sabotage.
