The organic crop production standards require that:
Land must have had no prohibited substances applied to it for at least 3 years before the harvest of an organic crop.
Soil fertility and crop nutrients will be managed through tillage and cultivation practices, crop rotations, and cover crops, supplemented with animal and crop waste materials and allowed synthetic materials.
Crop pests, weeds, and diseases will be controlled primarily through management practices including physical, mechanical, and biological controls. When these practices are not sufficient, a biological, botanical, or synthetic substance approved for use on the National List may be used.

The Braggs I have is organic. Plus, if you're crushing apples to make vinegar, there's no need to put a coating on the apples. The coating is to help them stay fresh longer at the store. I call b.s. on the fear porn.
yep... I was just digging into that. Bragg says they don't use Apeel coated apples as their "apples go directly from the farm to the Bragg facility".

I read about ACV helping some people and I was desperate, so I tried it even though it seemed counter-intuitive. It actually worked.
Turns out, I likely have low stomach acid. When the acid levels in the stomach are too low, the esophageal sphincter does not close properly leading to acid coming up the throat. Sometimes my stomach just feels unsettled and a 1/2 shot of ACV does the trick.
As we get older, stomach acid production decreases, so you are not the only one with low stomach acid. Acid is the stimulant for the esophageal sphincter to close. I drink about a tablespoon of ACV in water at lunchtime daily. It really helps with the acid reflux. The liars who lie told us that the acid reflux is due to too much stomach acid and sold drugs to block the acid-releasing cells in the stomach lining. (The truth is that acid reflux is due to acid in the wrong place, not too much acid. Acid in the esophagus caused the pain of acid reflux. Some people do not have the painful experience, but can still have damage from the reflux of acid.) The drugs may block the cells that produce acid, but since acid is needed for the breakdown of food, the stomach lining makes more acid-releasing cells, which requires more of the drug. When these drugs first came out, they were only recommended for 6 or 9 months. Now, there is no limit. Are you getting the picture?
You can make your own or you can support your local farmers. Most apple orchards that sell their own products tend to make their own cedar as well. Just a suggestion for those that may not have the time or know how on making their own stuff.

Anecdotal evidence in online reviews says you get hardly any mother and the vinegar is paler, suggesting it’s now diluted. Buyer beware.
