US Space command logo very closely outlines the path of the eclipse. Coincidence?

Actually it is close to both the 2023 (corrected thanks to u/gnuguy) eclipse and the upcoming (April 8) one.
These are orbital paths however not ground paths and are too close to be anything but satellites. The moon for instance to make the 2017 and 2024 total solar eclipses would be far, far outside of this graphic

Woo! Good catch.
Nice find! It seems there was a 2023 eclipse that better matches the patch when combined with the April 8th. https://www.greatamericaneclipse.com/eclipse-maps-and-globe/american-solar-eclipses-2017-to-2024.
You are correct. I got my years confused.
Yes, coincidence.
Other paths will be followed by future eclipses.
BTW, what's "Space Command"?
The X over the US looks mildly familiar too.
What "x"? Are you referring to the star on the left side? Or are you referring to the intersection of the two orbits? Surely, you realize that is an artifact of this simplistic representation. Orbital mechanics has been around for centuries.
This is juicy
X marks the spot. Every time I see an X-that is what I always think first. Wonder if that is why Twitter is temporarily called X? We see Space Force has an X too. Symbolism is for good and evil.
We know them by their fruit (works). We are just bombarded by evil symbolism these days.
coincidence for sure. regardless... NCSWIC!
Huh! Interdasting!
Good eye
Additional context: Space Command existed from 1985 - 2002, and had a similar (but different) logo.
The current iteration of Space Command stood up in 2019, using the interesting new logo posted by OP.
Iām completely solar system illiterate so how if we are spinning same direction all the time do these two paths go in different directions? I figure same directions just different degrees based on tilt of earth at the time but can someone explain
Depends on the time of year because earth wobbles. So right now the earth points more towards the southern hemisphere and will start pointing more and more to the northern hemisphere until after summer.
Somebodybwith a logical question and now watch the people make excuses for this. This is mental yoga.
"We" are on the Earth. The orbits are not on the Earth, but they typically go eastward because that is the easiest way to launch satellites. If they are not equatorial, half of the time they will be going northward and the other half of the time they will be going southward.
This is nonsense. Those are not eclipse paths; they are orbits. And they could hardly be anywhere else on the logo. An equatorial orbit would be out of view and a polar orbit would go through the Eagle. Not a "coincidence." Not even a similarity for anyone who knows what they are looking at.
which logo ? when I pull up space force I see different logos
Good thinking except the crossover point is on the other side of the country
The Earth rotates underneath the orbits, which makes it seem that the orbital paths are moving around the Earth (not to be confused with the fact that the satellites are indeed moving around the Earth).

Very interdasting!
I see it! Yes, X marks the spot.
Prophetic significance of April 8 solar eclipse and relationship to recent ones. Nice presentation by Shiela Holm:
