You dont have a legal system any longer when crime-gangs can forbid forensics and investigation into them. And if actual justice makes the gangs weep at the terrible oppression, then maybe they ought to consider not doing the crime at all as an alternative.

I missed the memo on this. Who forbade the investigation of the Awan brothers? Did that really happen?
My memory on this one is that the awan brothers were believed to be ISI operatives from Pakistan. They somehow despite none of the mandatory vetting of their IT consultancy, won business to perform IT support for the DNC. Where they stole all emails, files and any other material they thought they could monetize and passed it to ISI. And as they blackmailed more and more people (like DWS herself), they then recruited these people they 'owned' to demand that their IT business take over more and more of the total support role. Podesta and the crooked one were apparently compromised quite early on as well.
And what happened? Laptops somehow disappearing from evidence lockers and warehouses, people connected somehow being able to flee overseas without any stay ordered against their passports or movements. And so what looked like a foreign terrorist control over a major parties staffers and its machinery during an election cycle was eventually ignored.
Like the lawfare happening now and with the elections also, if police attack forensic chains of custody and obstruct investigating that the police themselves should be taking a lead role in, any crime can be covered up when the media agrees to help make it just disappear.. and when the DNC takes a lead role (even when they are the victim!) in making it go away.
