Every aspect of the judicial system is being exposed. They will all get their chance to do the right thing and they won’t do it… similar to those involved in the fraudulent election. My only hope is that all of this is being documented to be promptly addressed when patriots are back in power.

I agree. But only the military has the military might to successfully launch a coup d'etat. The military will only move in under certain conditions. The conditions must be irrefutable. A coup d'etat is by definition a treasonous act. So the people taking oaths and that take their oaths seriously do not spy on their own with glee. They do not relish the fact that they must operate a certain way.

The Supreme Court could expand their coming immunity ruling to include this since the charges are from 2017. They could also take up an appeal on grounds of Constitutional rights being violated.

I've also read a lawyer on the right say there's no basis for the Supreme Court to get involved before sentencing.
A common law writ is possible but not before sentencing. Writs only apply to judgements and there's no judgement until there's a sentence.
