Is anyone else's head spinning from all this?
So hard to keep it all straight. Posts like this help to refresh my memory and just make me shake my head. Even after all that is happened, it is hard to realize that there are actually "people" in this world that are so very very evil.
I wonder if the crowd strike crash was retaliation.
What better way to take our crowd strike than to demonstrate that it creates vulnerabilities. Elon said crowd strike was removed from his servers. How many other organizations are going to remove it?
Companies that are not run by total idiots and morons will rethink excessive centralization. This is a wake up call for them, and ultimately a good thing if they start moving towards a strategy of decentralization.
Sadly, most companies are run by idiots and morons. Eventually that works out OK in the end for competitive markets, because it leads to "creative destruction". In other words, survival of the fittest.
Edward Demming said it best:
Two basic rules of life are: 1) Change is inevitable. 2) Everybody resists change.
It is not necessary to change. Survival is not mandatory.
Yes, it was. Cloudstrike Falcon is a hybrid platform that combines local endpoint security with a centralized cloud-based AI back end, etc.
A decentralized solution would be enterprise software that is designed to be run on-premise in each location, self-contained.
What is the big difference? In a word, testing. In the large corporations where I have worked, patches to all enterprise software (including Windows itself) were never deployed directly into production environments. They were deployed to testing and QA environments first, to prove that they did not break anything or cause other problems - BEFORE they were ever deployed to prod. That methodology would have prevented this latest problem from occurring.
“But cloud computing costs less, and even though I’m giving ALL my data to the cloud provider, I can expense it in a way that saves a few bucks on taxes”
The only valid reasoning for cloud is security, and the people making cloud products are probably creating the security holes.
You’re misunderstanding. I didn’t say that they don’t have centralized systems. I’m saying the particular problem that just occurred is not a centralized problem. Which actually made it much more difficult to recover from.

Right, but I'm sure this update was tested before being deployed... the problem is the dev doing the deploy sometimes does it wrong. Happens all the time, even more frequently in decentralized scenarios.
I believe it had 2 purposes. 1) To cause a major disruption and distraction to allow 2) the Dominion Voting machines to receive instructions to steal the 2024 election.
I saw a story about Dominion machines being impacted by the Crowdstrike issues, but wondered how that could be since the Dominion CEO stated there is no provisions for their voting machines to connect to a network.
I don't believe that Hillary's private email server ("with a cloth?") and the Podesta emails were one in the same in the way he describes, but other than that it sounds pretty spot on.
Agreed; my recollection is that Podesta's email account was hacked ("Guccifer"?) by sending him a spoofed reset email, after which all of the contents of his account were leaked.
Harrison Smith, people used to say like "He's one smart cookie".
I am optimistically wondering if when Maricopa County reboots, the rigged fix has been fixed so the computers can count right this time. That would be strong evidence of WH control. Banks depend on computers that never miss a penny, but programmers know computers are too easy to rig.
I need a hand count done the old way. Hand counting took about an hour to complete after the poles closed. Both sides wanted to get it counted and agreed on as efficiently as possible, so we could all go home an eat supper.
We are going to find out CrowdStrike was behind the assassination attempt. They have so much to lose if Trump is elected and the majority of the Board will go to prison or worse!
Any story using the phrase "a shooter" or "the gunman" is either misinfo (accidentally) or disinfo (deliberately evil, hiding the truth).
The author of the summary is partially correct in saying "a shooter who was featured in a Blackrock promo"; he just omits mention of additional guns fired from various distances, at least two in the direction of the podium. Probably he just didn't know
It’s a great read. I think Harrison should add one more sentence about how they tried to jail trump before the RNC and then there was the assassination attempt.

We had a saying where I worked:
"Everyone rises to the level of their incompetency."
similar to my favorite, 'failing upwards'
Excellent saying. I had a college professor use the same line
This wasn’t a centralization issue tho.

The cloud is too centralized for me.
Same.

Assuming it isn't a "bad actor" situation anyway.

I cannot believe they are still being used. That is a complete failure
If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you real cheap.
Sounds more and more like a white hat op to me then.
Crowdstrike was the contractor that "investigated" the DNC servers.

Hillary Clinton emails also has a person mention a nephilim.
Say what?
“Requesting documents pertaining to the resurrection chamber of Gilgamesh, the location of his body and the location of the buried Nephilim.”
https://americauncensored.net/hillary-clinton-summoning-gilgamesh-and-buried-nephilim/
That’s wild.
Well, it's a good start to understanding the Byzantine ways of the Deep State.
Babble-on-ian!

What’s more, his password was ‘password,’ according to Assange in a Fox interview.

Which led me to vote for Trump.
Did the FBI “clear” Hillary? I remember, “no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges”

A+

The building he shot from was owned/leased by… blackrock
Did Blackrock, or a company they are majoroty owner of buy them building the shooter was on just a short while before the rally? 2023 I thought.
Of course they did
Good summary!
Just the additional shooter(s).
Any story using the phrase "a shooter" or "the gunman" is either misinfo (accidentally) or disinfo (deliberately evil, hiding the truth).

Good post. TU. This is a probable warm up. Wait until election night. We better be ready to count paper ballots in a same day voting election.
We used to do it all the time but it leads to a very long day.
better than many weeks long
Already posted, see “did I miss anything” a couple posts down.
Saving Israel for last.
Then...
Boom boom boom.
they missed that blackrock also owns the building the shooter shot from, iirc
According to local records.
The only thing he missed is the building the shooter was on was owned by Black Rock.

Nothing here, move on, troublemaker.
Probably but it's anybodies guess what it is you missed.

Most important tweet of the last year.
