The official definition of a landslide is one candidate receiving 2/3 of the popular vote (or electoral vote, as the case may be).

It makes sense that they'd make fake cartel advertisements to make it look like Maduro is the good guy.

I could see it making sense with a couple scenarios:
Not necessarily. Rival cartel without a seat at the table, he may not agree with certain things they are doing, but still allow them to operate.

Unless maybe enough of the men running the cartel ended up there because they ran out of other options, no jobs, no money, mouths to feed, only alternative left to become a criminal. If they have children they may not want them to end up doing what they are doing, even if they think they can't go back to normal lives anymore themselves.
Are we sure Maduro is the bad guy? He looks to Be protecting the Countries assets from the US and Israel. Is he fighting the Globalists? He got the murder rate down. From reading comments, I noticed that a lot of stuff not making sense to people. From Q post regarding NK being freed, I deduced that even countries we though as Pariah states were in on the game but under duress! Note that North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela and Iran are always used to be the symbolic Boogeymen but are never really attacked and those that break formation like Iraq and Lybia are violently overthrown!
The thing is, there are more factors at play here, it isn't as simple as just Maduro stealing the election.
CIA is involved/behind the protests against Maduro.
Maduro is bringing Venezuela into Bricks, which is an act that is decidedly in line with white hat plans.
