I think they were originally meant to be for deployed soldiers and USA workers over seas, not for people able to get to the polls. But not positive on that. Maybe the Disabilities act changed that, as some polling places were not accesible for those in wheelchairs?
They need to put more cardboard over the windows at the vote counting center... and store their magnet collection next to the 'digital voting records'.

There is EXACTLY ONE reason to oppose this.
The very first Amendment needs to be taught in the USA.
As a citizen we have the right for regress on top of being independent Press.
