There is more than enough excess airline capacity to deport them in relatively short order. Criminals will likely go out in C-17s for safety. Those close to the border will likely be bused out.
Key will be the permanent suspension of asylum in the U.S. I am pretty sure the President can do that all by himself.
I would suggest that all ATF be transferred to ICE. And I think bounties should be offered for information and capture.
