The fuselage is a curved surface and (physics here) angle on incidence equals angle of reflection. All you're likely to see on that underbelly is a reflection of the ground beneath the plane.
You'd see the security detail in it. The depth of field is wrong on the whole photo.

On the engine you can see the reflection of a building in the background. And you don’t see any people in it. The crowd simply does not exist.
You may be right about that, BUT since the slight there's a slight angle on the engine cowling (it's not a straight-on shot), that would suggest that IF there is a crowd there, it's a mighty small one and contained just inside the angle of reflection. So again, IF there is a crowd there at all, it may number in the 10s maybe a 100 or so, but not a huge crowd....otherwise you'd see their reflection in the engine cowling.

As of right now, I am not convinced the pixlcture is 100% legit. It could have been altered for us to catch and start talking about it. Then the crowd gets confirmed and we look crazy. I'm not sure what point the OP was trying to make, but what I got out of it is this; In the reflection of the plane, I can see the hangar and another building. However, there are no people visible in front of that hanger or anywhere else. I do believe the crowd is fake.

But the pixeling should be the same throughout the entire image. That has to do with the image resolution, not the depth of field. The soft edges of the out-of-focus crowd should still have pixelized edges, even with the blurred edges.
