Absolutely!! I only wish arrests, tribunals and sentencing could happen just as quickly. They tortured us for years on end, why should we have to wait for their punishment when there is proof of their crimes??!!
I'm not sure Tina Peters is eligible for a presidential pardon, but he could put pressure on the Governor of Colorado.
Somehow she needs to be saved. Her "crimes" related to a Federal Election, not a State Election.
And quite frankly, pretty much everyone that prosecuted Tina is probably looking over their shoulder right now. Many of them have likely been involved in election theft for quite some time.
Eligible for pardon by the governor who was elected by the election system that she was imprisoned for questioning and attempting to audit.
How to attack that setup? The elected governor won’t pardon her, and can’t be replaced because the elections are rigged, and can’t be questioned?
Could a petition be filed to demand a hand-counted paper recall election of the governor?

Can Tina Peters be released since it’s a state case, not federal? What’s happening to her is a travesty but I don’t think she can be pardoned.. :(
With God, all things are possible.
The only way I could see a pardon is if someone petitioned SCOTUS to review the case to see if it rises to the federal level due to the election fraud question. If it could get sent to the Federal courts then Trump could just pardon her and it is over.
AZ will not pardon her because she is the enemy of the cartels. Pardoning her would put them in the crosshairs.

Well, if they are, then we have a nation of Antifa to throw in jail. If I recall correctly, they did Billions in damage, and unlike J6ers, actually burned buildings to the ground.
