These departments and agencies should be treated like the average American or American business. We fail once, and we usually lose our job/business. The government is allowed to fail, ruin, destroy, everyday and become more successful to itself. It doesn’t just need defunding, it needs to be put down. It’s become an animal, a machine, that’s in it for itself. Like a parasite.
What federal government agency has ever passed an audit? Only thing government understands is growing the budget, and wasting the funds in it. Since no one is ever brought to account, responsible fiscal management is mere noise.
Any other business employee would be fired! But not federal employees who can 'lose' millions or in the case of the Pentagon billions of dollars and still have their jobs. How in the phuck does that work??

IBM failed an IT security audit. They had 12 months to successfully pass it or lose all Gov't business.
