Sidney won her appeal in the Texas Supreme Court, but likely only because the bar screwed the case up so bad they were ragged on by the court. I think they will fix all their stupid mistakes and file again. She could get a few votes more than zero, but I doubt it.

Flynn openly said in an interview he won't be having an active role in the Trump admin. I forget where, but it came right from the horse's mouth. He's been through a lot, if he wants to lay low and retire I don't blame him. He's been giving more interviews lately so I think his role is going to be more of an independent media liaison doing interviews with various podcasts and such. He said that his presence would be too much of a low hanging fruit for them to drum up controversy so he didn't want to stir up that wasp nest.
