Also, Mar-a-Lago is 62,500 sq ft ... so, assuming the construction is of similar luxury/quality, this comparable sale would help estimate Mar-a-Lago's structure alone at $3.29B, lol.

Thanks. It said that Post donated it to the Government hoping it would be used that way, but it wasn't. It was also too expensive to maintain, so the Government gave it back, lol. So I wouldn't exactly call it the Winter White House, personally. Trump will use it that way, but when he is no longer president, it likely won't be used that way any more. Hey, maybe he'll donate it to the government like Post did.
