Less than 2000 people per state are watching CNN. I'd be inclined that the majority of viewers are in airports, too. They are forced to watch this sinking ship instead of something more adventuresome, like midgit mud wrestling, in the jungles of Egypt.
This made my day...😉👌 Been a hard week so far...No power for 32 hrs ,(just came back on) Water interruptions, Internet like shit, busy as hell at work just before Christmas....And people are being Assholes all over😆🤣👍 Just thought id share some of my 'white privilege' people talk about....
Yeah, I bet a lot of their "viewership" is captive audiences like airports and gyms. I'm writing this at my gym right now and some of the old brain dead members are on their recumbent biles, mouths agape, and watching CNN.
These news organizations do NOT exist to make money. They continue to exist in order to put "fact" into record.
Trust me, some shitty headline or clip about Trump is put out, likely partially or completely fabricated, but now it's on a primary source that everyone can clip and post to social media.
Please stop assuming these are for profit businesses, they are owned by the US govt. Mockingbird media.
This is pretty wild to hear. It’s funny there are kids out there doing live streams that get more viewers than this. And as pointed out, most of these aren’t actual viewers. I know people that just let it run as background noise.
I heard MSNBC was getting around 50,000 viewers. That is Tiny. So between the two of them they're getting around 140,000 viewers and social media is getting around 500 million.
CNN's only "viewers" in that 92K are passers-by rushing thru airports.
Or sitting at the bar waiting forthe flight, unable to change channels.
Dr's offices and hospital waiting rooms as well.
I haven't been in an airport in a few years, being unable to remove my shoes without killing those nearby (jk). Do they still show CNN? Here's a link published in January 2021, saying CNN is pulling the plug: https://www.foxnews.com/media/cnn-airport-network-shutting-down-twitter-rejoices

My prayers u/purkiss80! I truly hope we get worldwide change so no one lives like that.

Man you set that up good. Still laughing. But so true.

I despair.

Subtract all the airports and 24hour fitnesses and it gets significantly smaller. Lol
Keep killing CNN.
We are the news now!
There's a bunch of streamers/commentators on youtube who average much more lol
Pretty sure Tim Pool has better numbers.
How do these networks still stay in business?
Turn off all the waiting area tvs and watxh it drop further
Anyone want to take bets on the average hair color of those 92,000 viewers?
I'd be interested to know the drop over a longer time frame... 2 years, 5, 10, 20.
I bet the drop since 2000 would probably be 90%+.
Imagine spending all of that money to broadcast to 1840 people per state.
Wayne's World cable access show reached more people than that.
If everyone who upvoted this post contributed $100, we could buy out MSNBC soon and rename it MSGAW

Great "news"!
