I think most of them were using it, but I don't think the woman in that current picture is Oprah. I have noticed a lot of them started looking like they're older than dirt, and I believe their supply of adrenochrome has been cut off.
See the video below of Oprah in Nov 2024, when she was being stopped after taking a walk/run to ask her about being paid a $million for the Kamala interview. Note that she still looks hefty, arms like sausages, hunched in posture, and has an out of proportion large head: She likely had liposuction of her midriff to give her an hourglass figure, overall weight loss would not have allowed a small waist while leaving thick arms and thighs.

I believe beyond a doubt she got rich off child trafficking. Her association with John of God, and her African school for girls were the proof for me.

Ozempic is for weight loss, and used off label to control blood sugar levels in diabetics. It doesn't change the aging process.
The aging process is changed by introducing young stems cells. The tissue built by young stem cells is young tissue. Thus their constant quest for more young blood. I saw a recent study using rats where a young rat was shewn to the back of an old rat, and their blood circulated between the two. The old rat became young again. I don't know how adrenochrome accomplishes the same affect, but they obviously believe it does. I also saw a piece from doctor doing experiments on transfusions to older people of young blood. That blood would be infused with young stem cells. These experiments may be the reason thousands of children keep going missing.

Even if the real Oprah pulled a Michael Jackson with skin bleaching and massive plastic surgery (plus liposuction), this new “Oprah” is far too young and too pretty of a woman (in the face) to be the real one, IMO.

Oprah was executed at GITMO in February, 2024 for treason and other crimes. Since then, all live appearances have been doubles.
I think that is a possibility, but I have seen no positive proof to indicate it is fact.

I really wish so.. it was just weird how Diamond died.. so suddenly and could not breathe and that's it. And instead of autopsy they cremated her almost immediately.. Aaah I still cannot wrap my mind around it!
