My only concern is the term "living income" in all of this. First off it's covered by a right to contract, so it is technically redundant. Secondly what defines a "living wage" in a market?

I've never heard of the right to self defence when threatened with deceit. I'm not sure how that would work, distinct from the other two self defence justifications, harm and loss. Give me an example of a threat of deceit, that does not fall under threat of harm or threat of loss.

Another example would be say, degrading fiat currency through inflation, which is one of the many reasons the bankers are criminals.

If you have sustenance, you get to keep all of it.

Self defense + property is the right to bear arms. If I want to defend myself with a mini gun it is both a property and defensive right.
That won't ever happen. Not without bloodshed. I know a lot of gun owners. Not a single one is willing to just give them up.
