Lara Logan - "Multiple reports coming in from family members, prisoners & J6 advocates of halfway houses refusing to release J6 prisoners in spite of their pardon - and reports from the DC Gulag of 17 armed and masked guards pushing some 8 prisoners back in their cells and....."

🚔 Crime & Democrats 💸
Id be ok of trump sent the military in to rescue them. Also be ok of the military arrested all personnel and took over those jails and prisons to make sure there aren't other innocents being unjustly held.
SEND IN THE MARINES!!!
So my question is how does Laura Loomer know there was exactly 17 guards masked and armed. Your explanation makes sense.
This is from Lara Logan, not Loomer. They are not the same. Not even close. Loomer is an asset, Logan is a journalist.
Then put the asshole personnel IN the prison awaiting trial.
Doesn't surprise me. Once they get out and start talking about how they were treated in there, the guards are going to be the ones needing to worry about being got on the outside.
Make it a museum, like they did in Poland and the ““never again, kind of thing
Tomorrow in Jesus name this will be fixed . Showing up with a paper demanding as Charlie states is not going to work . They know the pardon has been done and they r refusing so it will take more power from DJT
However, if you can prove that you have shown them the pardon they can not claim ignorance when it comes to court.
Amen. I believe that President Trump will send troops in to rescue them. Hopefully there is proof of that one guard' threat, and he will be prosecuted as a domestic terrorist.
Willful defiance to an order from CIC = treason.
Today the J6 prisoners will push the guards into those cells, take the keys with them and head to the Gulf of America!
There will be a Trump effect and the gulag lit up, I pray!
Arrest the guards and officers that are holding the J6ers as hostages. They’re free men being held hostage.
At this point, I’m fine if they skip the GITMO trials for these traitors and just kill them on the spot. Let the j6ers walk past the corpses and come out as free men.
Send in the US Marshals. If that doesn’t work, then send in a Seal Team or contingent of U.S. Marines. Then arrest each of those jailers and put them in the same lock ups.
Throw away the key and never visit their cells.
Now we have kidnapping and involuntary incarceration. Make the Deep State pay, and pay dearly.
Send in the Marines Mr. President.
"....... cells and a guard threatening to get one of them on the outside. More to come."
DJT will intervene with force. Justice is coming…
There is a new sheriff in town. Some people just haven't realised yet.
I have a feeling it will be explained to them very shortly!
Yep. The era of power-mad "law enforcement" is over. We the People will overcome and prevail!
Not yet revealed is that DC is occupied by a foreign country, it is from here that the Crown Corporation has been governing it's USA Colony, from behind the curtains. In a similar way that the Vatican is also an Independent Sovereign within Italy and the City Of London from within the UK. I believe that Donald Trump has some great news up his sleeve and not only for Americans. DC is not subject to the USA legal system - just yet.
Every guard, prison administrator, or government official who impedes or delays the release of any pardoned individual should be immediately fired, arrested, and prosecuted.
This will be rectified very soon. Charlie has a direct line to POTUS.
They did nothing wrong. They also did not get due process. Now their pardons are being ignored?
I hope President Trump pardons ALL J6 Americans, except for those who were working for the government. Even the so-called violent ones.
There were a few that did fight the capital police. You know why? Because they started beating, gassing, and shooting rubber bullets into crowds of unarmed, and unsuspecting Americans with the intent to cause harm, or even kill, these people. They fought to defend those unable to defend themselves.
Regardless, we have a RIGHT to defend ourselves, and we have a RIGHT to rebel against tyrannical government. Read the Declaration of Independence if you doubt me.
“I am not a friend to a very energetic government. It is always oppressive. It places the governors indeed more at their ease at the expense of the people. The late rebellion in Massachusetts has given much more alarm than I think it should have done. Calculate that one rebellion in thirteen States in the course of eleven years is but one for each State in a century and a half. No country should be so long without one. Nor will any degree of power in the hands of the government prevent insurrections. In England, where the hand of power is heavier than with us, there are seldom half a dozen years without an insurrection. In France, where it is still heavier but less despotic, as Montesquieu supposes, than in some other countries and where there are always two or three hundred thousand men ready to crush insurrections, there have been three in the course of the three years I have been here, in every one of which greater numbers were engaged than in Massachusetts.” ~ Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President Letter to James Madison, Paris, December 20, 1787. The Political Writings Of Thomas Jefferson 67-68 (Dumbauld Ed. 1955)
“I hold it, that a little rebellion, now and then, is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical. Unsuccessful rebellions, indeed, generally establish the encroachments on the rights of the people, which produced them. An observation of this truth should render honest republican governors so mild in their punishment of rebellions as not to discourage them too much. It is a medicine necessary for the sound health of government.” ~ Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President Letter to James Madison, Paris, January 30, 1787. THE POLITICAL WRITINGS OF THOMAS JEFFERSON 67 (Dumbauld Ed. 1955).
“The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions, that I wish it to be always kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong, but better so than not to be exercised at all. I like a little rebellion now and then.” ~ Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President letter to Abigail Adams, February 22, 1787; reproduced in Thomas Jefferson, Writings (The Library of America, 1984), p. 889-890
“God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. ... And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.” ~ Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President November 13, 1787, letter to William S. Smith, quoted in Padover's Jefferson On Democracy, ed., 1939
“What country before ever existed a century and a half without a rebellion? And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? “The Bill of Rights is a born rebel. It reeks with sedition. In every clause it shakes its fist in the face of constituted authority... It is the one guarantee of human freedom to the American people.” ~ Frank I. Cobb (1869-1923) American Journalist LaFollette’s Magazine, January 1920
Precedent set.
If they ignore the pardon, we ignore the FJB pardons.
Will this mutiny spread?
u/#q55
WHO are these demonic animals who tortured these patriots? They need a taste of their own medicine.
This "pardon" business seems to me to be very out of place. A pardon given means that the person was guilty of whatever he/she was accused of. Of course, these people were never lawfully charged with anything so, HOW CAN THEY BE PARDONED?
Rescuing these people would be like going to another hostile country to rescue our people. This WAS a hostile takeover of our government. Would we then pardon these people?
What am I missing here?
I can think of a few thousand salty old Vets that would put an end to that bullshit toot sweet.
Seriously? 17 masked and armed men? How does Laura know exactly how many guards? Does that strike any one as odd? Why 17?
Because this shit is a comm. Almost all news is.
The last 48 hours has been like ding, ding, ding every second.
Who is Laura?
I want to see huge media coverage of their release.
I bet I know some guards who soon won't be able to walk down the street...
If those 8 prisoners are the glowies, then I'm okay with it.
Shoot to kill anyone wearing masks (guards)
Well... when they did that, I don't know what jurisdiction they are under but I'm pretty sure under UCMJ that counts as mutiny and disobeying a lawful order, among other crimes that will probably result in the big green weenie sliding all the way up your ass with no lube.
I have faith that the white house has already heard about this, and if they haven't, they will soon. I'm sure Mr President is chomping at the bit to deal with the first open challenge to his authority with a show of force.
Arrest everyone who works at this prison!
I've been thinking about this. On one hand, pardons are immediate. On the other hand, if you worked at a prison and family members started handing you a printout or copy of a document saying their relative is free would you take them at their word? What happens to you if that particular person wasn't pardoned and you released them?
The only thing that needs to be done is to have a US Marshal show up with documents, or a US Attorney do the same - preferably both of them. Then if they don't immediately release said prisoners, they should be arrested, taken into custody, and the Marshal and US Attorney move higher up the chain or go straight to the warden. Either the prisoners will be released during this process, or all of the staff will end up in jail and the Marshals will have to staff the jail until new staff is brought in. The pardoned/commuted prisoners will be released regardless.
Trump should order the Acting Attorney General to go down to the prison and order the warden to release the prisoners.
That would be the proper chain of command, I think.
If not AAG, then whoever is the Acting Director of the Bureau of Prisons.
WAY below the AG's pay grade.
The U.S. Marshals Service is responsible for the safe and secure confinement, care and transportation of federal prisoners from the time of court-ordered custody until either their acquittal or their conviction and delivery to the Federal Bureau of Prisons to serve their sentence.

If I were a warden, I would be expecting this, but a paper trail has to exist with the specific prisoner's name. I doubt joe buydens murders were let lose based on a CNN report.
What is the current status?
Anyone refusing to release them should be immediately arrested and incarcerated with bond. Set a trial date for sometime in 2026 or later.
Military!
How many armed and mask guards did they say?
Sure, be "openly outraged" on the outside, but on the inside relax. Be at peace.
Enjoying the movie?
Awake yet?
