I would caution all of us to not jump the gun without reading the decision first, or at least listening to a credible source, such as Tom Renz or Mark Levin, to understand the basis of the ruling.
We wants ALL judges to adhere to the rule of law. If a ruling goes our way and is based on the rule of law, this is something to be celebrated.
So, is Trump being forced to provide funds or not, because we have two completely different headlines stickied about this BS this afternoon and it is confusing on what the hell is going on.
When someone appeals a District Court decision, the appeal is heard by a higher court, usually a Court of Appeals, where a panel of "Federal Judges" review the case to determine if the District Judge applied the law correctly.
The only question I have here is which order is this striking down? There were several from several different judges. Anybody know which order this is overruling?
Let's make an analogy of how the Judiciary is overstepping their authority. It would be no different for Trump, to use his executive powers (AKA law enforcement) to march into Congress and lock it down with security and tell them, sorry, the pleniary powers you have are now cancelled. No votes.
If it's an Executive Branch function or arm of the Executive Branch, he has every right under the auspices of the Office to freeze, limit, or outright stop the funding stream. He doesn't need Congress to approve shit since those budget bills have to go to him for final signature. Congress has long been over stepping their Constitutional boundaries on this subject because of the grift those asshats take. And he's about to blow the lid off of 200 such people and entities tomorrow? I can't effing wait!!!
Well they didn't say which federal funds Trump can freeze or which he has to "let go" to the agencies they were promised to. Trump's team is probably appealing these decisions. Hopefully he gets, Elon will probably, to the nitty gritty of senators and congress people have 17, 20, or 117 million on salaries of up to $200,000 per year. We haven't seen the crying and whining yet.
Now that wasn't so hard, was it?
Lawfare is the Democrat weapon of choice. USAID is their cash cow which enables them to tie everyone up in court.
Not anymore lol
They will make everything difficult and hard, they have too in order to save themselves.

WE already knew that!

So is this judge higher up than the one from RI who upheld the freeze?
No, it's the same judge from RI. Here's the full order for appropriate context: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.rid.58912/gov.uscourts.rid.58912.107.0_3.pdf

That's the point. Confusion
If not, will be higher soon.
Desparate to run the clock out on Trump
And we're only 3 weeks into his 4 year term.

It goes up to the First Circuit.

Through the EXECUTIVE Branch Office of Management And Budget!
So it doesn’t have to to Supreme Court?

I think this asshole just realized he was standing in front of a bullet train with no breaks and smartly decided to get out of the way.
