My understanding of Operation Warp Speed is that instead of this plandemic lasting 10 years, to wear down the public, to take away all their properties and to get them to be so tired and worn out; that they would accept any of the deep State's solutions; the White Hats promoted new variants so fast that many would begin to question how these mutations were happening so quickly and the deep State's narrative would eventually not be able to keep up! Their plan was known, their playbook was known! Note that this was formulated decades ago! So knowing their ten years plan, all the white Hats needed to do was fast forward it. Their plan probably included a new variant every two years. They had nothing more of their plan left so the plandemic just withered away! If they would have had a meeting to keep it going, then the world would know the truth! That meeting would probably have been aired live! The wizards and warlocks cannot be defeated!

Very interesting theory regarding the Kansas lawsuit. I'm about as sure as I can be that "Kansas" was not referencing Pompeo given what we've seen. So this theory does seem plausible.
As many of us have discussed on here, that 4-6% that Q stated would never wake up seems awfully low given what we've seen out there. But this is the type of thing that's so massive, it could wake up a lot of hardline Leftists.
I have to believe that a lot of those hardliners would wake up if they saw conclusive proof that the Cabal, Big Pharma, the near entirety of Western governments, Western media and the entire Western medical apparatus conspired to literally murder and injure as much of the population as they possibly could, all the while probing to see how many of our rights we would be willing to give up out of fear.

He opened the country and entire world back up and all vax were EUA and therefore actually NOT mandatory.
