I can imagine it. I've seen it. you know who the worst criminals in the system are? the vile comunist professors. they horribly corrupt our kids. i know students who were so disgusted they walked out of their corrupt phd programs. do not go to university, the putrid puke professors are worthless evil and they dominate the system.
Anyone with half a brain knows that butter is better than seed oil. Hell, just about anything is better than seed oil. Someone was bought and paid for to write such garbage.
Seed oil is the worst thing for your health, and that is what most chains use. Always cook with lard (available at Walmart) or tallow to fry in, and you’ll be healthier and enjoy the taste much more! Never use margarine…only butter! Look up the video on YouTube of “Dr. miller animal fat”. He is a cardiologist who did research after his retirement and discovered that animal fat is the best thing for us.
Be careful of the Lard you buy. Crisco is hydrogenated cotton seed oil and not lard.
Olive oil for light heat and ghee for high heat. I make my own ghee. A lb. of grass fed butter in a pan and simmer till it stops simmering. strain in a jar through cheese cloth. much easier and cheaper than buying ghee from the store. No need to put in the fridge. Find a local butcher for beef tallow and bones for bone broth. Or buy small acreage and raise a few cows.
Most of what people think is lard is not - those products are hydrogenated seed oils. Real lard is made from pork fat. Tallow is beef fat. Animal fats are the healthier choice.
Not only do garbage seed oils cause digestive distress, they also contain high levels of feminizing phytoESTROGEN. There's a reason it's almost impossible to buy a loaf of store bought bread that doesn't contain soybeans, or that Dove "men's care" products are made with flaxseed (even worse than soy). The "transplosion" isn't just a result of degenerate kindergarten teachers, there's also a biological/chemical attack being carried out against our children. "Make the poison taste good..."
It all started with Ancel Keys, a lying sack of sh_t that made up a report that cholesterol and saturated fat were responsible for heart disease. After he died his son found all the studies he had done disproving his theory locked away in his basement. The studies proved the opposite of his theory, but since his research was funded by Proctor and Gamble, the makers if Crisco, his research showed that Crisco is good for you. Amazing! Crisco is named for Crystalized Cotton Seed Oil.
The American Heart Association was a small outfit in the early 60s. A radio station put on a contest sponsored by Proctor and Gamble and low and behold, the American Heart Association won the contest and was given $1M by P&G. The message from the AHA after that was the same message Ancel Keys was promoting. Slowly they persuaded the food industry to switch to seed oils from lard and tallow, and now we have the highest rate of heart disease in the world, not to mention diabetes, autoimmune disease, etc.
Butter is better than seed oil poisons. Ghee is even better/healthier than butter. Also butter isn't yellow, dyes are added to give it that color. Natural/pure butter is a pale slightly off white color.
Butter can be naturally yellow depending on how much beta carotene is in it, depending on the cows' diets. Some can have color added but not all butter is white. It's margarine that's dyed yellow to make it look more like butter.
This is part of that whole “Bread and Circuses” thing. A tyranny will look to feed its population the cheapest crap to keep them from getting strong, thinking clearly and revolting.
It’s been going on forever.
The deep state has this down to an actual science.

What i can't seem to understand is are some seed oils ok. For example, olive oil, is this ok cause the Mediterraneans swim in this stuff from olive oils as a dip. Correct me if I am gravely mistaken but the Mediterranean diet is healthier then others. So is it a matter of quality and if it is heated or not?
Alot of confusion for me on this topic. I have olive oil for general stuff while cooking. But I use more beef tallow and butter. My kids don't like beef tallow, but they like butter.
Actually, I think they use the whole olives, seed and flesh, but it's still not considered a seed oil. They probably need a better term to describe the bad oils, one that points out how they are pretty much industrially manufactured and not pure pressed oils like olive oil. (Having one time gone to the pick your own orchard and picked five gallons of cherries, which then needed to be seeded with a hairpin until I was ready to scream, I would hate to have the job of seeding a bunch of olives.)
Olive oil is not a seed oil. It is pressed from olives, not the pits. Tallow is also good - beef fat. Keep doing what you are doing. It sounds great. Olive oil however, is best when not heated or at the least, kept at low heat. Best to use tallow or butter when cooking. Coconut oil is also not bad. It has medium chain fatty acids and is extracted from the meat of coconuts. It is low in polyunsaturated fats which are characteristic of seeds oils.
I read once years ago that the olive oil in the states is compete garbage. Idk how true but the real stuff needs to be sourced directly. Anything in the store is trash.

This🖕
Steak N Shake just switched to real butter, instead of the "buttery spread" they were using. RFK approves
And tallow fries
Yes. I wonder if they are good. Beef Talo just doesn't sound right.
McDonald's started out w tallow fries..I make them at home.. delicious
I'll definitely try them when Steak n Shake goes company wide. It's only at a few locations as of now.
At Olive garden I always request real butter....they have it but you have to ask

I understand Crisco is seed oil. The lard is usually below it on the shelves in a white bucket with green lettering.
Save the fat when you make bacon. Good for frying and a bonus bacon flavor.
also ground beef. That stuff is white gold! Strain it into a jar and keeps forever in the fridge
Just be sure there's no water in it
most of the lard at walmart is hydrogenated to make it shelf stable - not sure if that matters, but it doesn't sound good
They started cutting supermarket “lard” with seed oils in Ireland.
I get tallow from my butcher.
Most of what people think is lard is not - those products are hydrogenated seed oils. Real lard is made from pork fat. Tallow is beef fat. Animal fats are the healthier choice.
Even the phrase “seed oil” makes it sound healthy. If anyone checks out the production process of these “oils” they would be horrified.
They are poison our bodies, as created by the All Mighty, are not designed to process.

Butter has vitamin K. Seed oils corrode your insides. I'm good
Whatever they tell you, do the opposite, and you will be right most of the time. Remember when cholesterol was bad for you? I do.
Invert their “food pyramid” and start from there.
I’ve said this for years!
Dirty politics, obviously. Stay away from my butter.

Seed oils KILL.
No. Next question.

Nothing beats butter
Bacon beats everything. Bacon cooked in butter, served on toasted sourdough bread with more half melted butter and brown sauce.
Right, I’m hungry, off to make a sandwich now 😀😆🤣
Put a sick of butter in a tree birds will eat it....they won't touch margarine
i wonder which one ants would prefer?

Questions to ask: Who paid for the study? Do they have an ax to grind?
Dr Ken Berry breaks this down pretty well too - JUNK PSY-ENCE

Olives aren't seeds, they're fruit. The oil is a fruit oil.
Ahh, got it. Ty
Oils like avocado and olive come from the FLESH of the fruit, not the seed.
Actually, I think they use the whole olives, seed and flesh, but it's still not considered a seed oil. As well as coconut oil
Oh I understand

Olive oil labels are deceptive. Make sure it is pure virgin olive oil with no additives.
