It's an Event 201 style drill scenario about a biological attack on the US on 4th July.
In minute 14 they talk about a Nipah virus.
Seems like a fear porn account, speculative fiction like Real Raw News. One of their videos is "Don't fly unless you are vaxxed!!!"
I doubt the drill is taking place, unless there are other sources that say so.
Unrelated comment: Fear is one of the most powerful emotions, very primal and wired into our biological and spiritual systems. Fear has an original purpose: fear's job is to trigger a necessary immediate response to immediate danger and provide all the necessary immediate resources (biologically supported heightened focused awareness, etc).
However, fear is like a blaring house alarm. In the immediate situation, it can trigger a necessary response, BUT if the cause of the fear or origin of the fear is ongoing, the biological responses which can be powerfully helpful in the short term become a liability, due to their toxicity.
That's why, living in a state of fear or anxiety degrades a person's ability to respond properly and appropriately to the situation around them.
And, because of this very primal, powerful nature of fear, it is one of the most widely used weapons in the arsenal of the enemies (both temporal and spiritual). Fear can be easily exploited, and often is.
The antidote to fear is faith. And just as fear has an original purpose but can also be abused for a bad purpose, faith also has an original purpose and can be abused for a bad purpose. Nonetheless, faith grounded in spiritual and mental health, resilience and knowledge, honed by discipline, is the antidote to fear.
Note that faith, however, is not merely an emotion. It is an ability, metaphorically a muscle, something that as an innate ability but which needs to be nourished and grown, aided by the discipline that comes through real practice and experience (for which there is no substitute).

“Love” is a bit of a gibberish word, too. We often use it in place of “affection”, or “lust”, but Love is Patient, Kind, Non-Envious, Non-Boastful, Humble, Honoring, not Self-Seeking, not easily Angered, doesn’t record wrongs, rejoices in Truth, always protects, always hopes, and always perseveres.
I.e. True “Faith” is direct action, and not “belief”, as it is often used.
Also the man in the clouds that often gets painted as “God”, even by Christian painters, is probably more akin to Zeus.
“The Throne” probably isn’t what’s taught, either, but we all have to do our own research for all these things. I could just be highly regarded.

Does this mean every threat is or can be neutralized? No, and some, like the LA riots will be allowed to happen. But, major risks with high levels of severity will receive the most attention to minimize the impact on the civilian population.

July 4th is a lame bioweapon day - no one is at work. What they gonna do, hit the 7-11? Now a release in DC on June 14th would make much more sense. Even better would be to release at No King events in major cities. Eliminate those who are rioting, and eliminate police and residents, all at the same time. Much bigger impact. Hitting random neighborhood BBQ and family events is low impact.
