Justice John Roberts was being surveiled by the Obama Administration, and this audio is evidence of it. Obama, Brennan and Clapper used the info gathered to blackmail Justice Roberts. How this relates to what is going on now, re FISA, is this: Isn't Justice Roberts the one who oversees the FISA Court? Blackmailed once, easily blackmailed again - especially since the same actors were still in power. Could this be why the DOJ and FBI were able to get the Page FISA and all of the renewals through the FISA court? I'm also wondering who else on the FISA court was being surveiled and blackmailed? Several weeks before Justice Scalia's murder in 2016, Mark Taylor prophesied that POTUS Trump would appoint 5 Supreme Court justices: one would die, and it would not be the one you might expect (clearly, that was Scalia), one would retire and three would be caught up in a scandal and removed. I've personally always believe that Roberts would be one of those 3 because it was obvious (to me at least) that his obamacare ruling was tainted.
I take this with a grain of salt .... yet, it does remind us of the fact there are more dead bodies in the closet.

Although retired, he is still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice and can be recalled to active duty for investigation and prosecution. If that is done, he would not have the same level of protection in a military proceeding as in a civilian court. For instance, the judge would be appointed by the Sec. of Defence, the jury would be composed of officers of equal or higher rank and a unanimous verdict is not required for conviction. If convicted, he could be stripped of all rank, prividledges and pay as well as being imprisioned.
Whether any of that happens, it is certainly time high ranking retired officers are reminded that responsibility goes along with benefits of rank.
